As per our terms and conditions, we issued a full refund for all items reported as damaged. In addition, as a gesture of goodwill, we also provided a partial refund of your delivery charge. While we do not typically refund delivery costs in the case of partial damage to products, we made this exception to reflect our dedication to customer satisfaction.
We always aim to handle concerns fairly and in line with our policies, and we’re disappointed that you feel this was not resolved satisfactorily.

Sabir was incredibly helpful; he went above and beyond to track down exactly what I needed and kept me updated throughout the process.
