The website does not work at all here and is bugged here also.

Two works they suck don't bother with any location that J&J is part of you will get completely screwed with your pants on even Worse than Hollywood and nobody thought that was even possible to do J&J made it look easy

I have used jj games since 2014 and seeing some of these negative reviews really upsets me . It's hard enough to find an honest affordable game retailer who provides quality and quickness the way jjgames has done for as long as they have . They provide games of all platforms in excellent condition for best prices out there PERIOD. I absolutely appreciate and recommend jjgames over any other retailer your doing an amazing job and would be devistated if it ever changes.

i used to buy off this site all the time shipping was always free games where as cheap as $2.50 and every game you brought after paying the full price for your first games was $1 off so if i bought 5 games $2.50 each i would pay $8.50
since the site was sold its gone down hill now

also the games they sell are cheaper on other sites 99% of the time

Any good review for J&J Games are 100% bots or the company themselves trying to save face LOL I wouldn’t buy a thing from them. Scam company overpricing and scheming.

Great website I always get what I order, and it works.

I had a bad experience with JJGames in 2019 when I decided to buy a used Gamecube from them. I receive the item in the mail, and everything seems fine at first. I open the package, and I assumed that they gave me a 3rd party controller, which is fine. Most systems at this lower price point will come with one. But this particular 3rd party controller was used, and looked like it had been hit by a car and chewed up by a bear, so it was basically unusable. I just threw the thing a way. The gamecube had some bad scuffs on it as well, but it was nothing that a magic eraser couldn't fix. I tried inserting a memory card, and there was an audible crunching noise. I turn the gamecube on its side to empty out what was in there, and there were tons of crumbs from what looked like bread. The system ran most games fine, but Super Mario Sunshine had some issues reading. I open up the system to inspect the inside, and there was an abnormally high amount of dust on the inside, and what looked like pubic hairs sticking out of the fan, which was just gross. I looked in one of the screw holes on the inside and there was an old spider egg sac as well. The system was obviously not cleaned before sending it to me, which is disappointing. It takes maybe 20 minutes to do a thorough cleaning of the console, but they didn't even do that, which is a liability to the company. The system could've been tampered with by the previous owner, so the fact that it was in the condition that it was in is just unacceptable. I hope that their business practices have improved in the year and half since I bought the system, but I felt that people should know what they're getting into by buying one of their used systems. No regard for consumer safety or health, or quality of the product.

Great communication. Took a little longer on shipping which is to be expected during the coronavirus. All items where in brand new condition. I will shop again for sure.

I’ve ordered from them for years but my recent order was shipped and now at UPS somewhere and JJGames cannot be bothered and UPS cannot give me any additional info.(probably because they owe UPS) My special needs son saved his money to buy from them after Christmas and now they are going out of business. All communication with them was it isn’t our problem. No wonder they are going out of business. Just horrible and upsetting!!

I buy all my video games for my old system there. I have never had any problems.

Ordered a N64 controller and it came broken. When returning they didn't give me a full refund even though shipping was free when I bought the item. They also told me they would send me another controller if they had one and I never received a message about it, only partial refund.

no confirmation email, my order does not show up on their system, customer service did not respond to my email

Upset doesn't begin to describe how I feel. I paid almost ten dollars for an UTTERLY DESTROYED UNUSABLE GAME. This game looks like it was thrown in the dirt, run over by the car and PURPOSFULLY SCRATCHED by paper clip by a kid. The case was being held by half a centemeter of plastic that immediately broke when I popped it out of the sh!tty package it came in. This is so unbelievable. I paid 9 bucks for a literal piece of garbage. It's actually garbage I have to throw away now. It's not even good for recycling. How DARE you sell that knowing how UNUSABLE IT IS.

This is where I go to buy everything and anything video games. Great shopping and cheap prices! Even the games they say are in average condition, are very good. Always honest and a place that is better than eBay or anything else to purchase from.

jjgames sent me a ps3 that looked and worked as good as new along with games that worked the same. as for a fair review I have to say my only problem was receiving a 3rd party controller. but as far as online options go, I'd say these guys are the go to

I forgot to put my apartment number. They took my money. But now my son (who autistic) probably wont get game. The advertisement stated 4 to 6 days. Now if someone (i email in timing matter) ships back he MIGHT GET GAMES

So, I usually buy used games from Ebay, which is good in cases where you know exactly what you're looking for. I found JJ Games while searching for a site whose inventory I could browse at my leisure and see what I could find.

They had a varied selection across many systems. Prices were reasonable, based on the rarity and demand of each game. They all had a concise but accurate description of the condition it was in. I ended up ordering 9 of them in one package.

My package was shipped the next day and I recieved it in the mail a week later. Many of the complaints I'm seeing in other reviews about shipping time should really be targeted towards UPS, and not the store. Once the store ships it, they've done their job.

When I got the games, they were neatly and securely packed. All of them were accurate to how they were described online, none of them damaged.

The only reason this review is 4 stars instead of 5 is because the store is putting their own stickers on the cases. I'd understand if the game had been passed around a lot and has stickers from older stores on it, but I don't see the reason of worsening the case's condition by sticking yet another one on.

Anyway, they've made a good first impression and I now have the site bookmark for future reference.
