Easy to order and pay, but dispatch and follow up was abysmal. I order 4 filters, I heard nothing about a delivery forecast, I chased it up only to be told that one of the filters has still not arrived... I asked for thd three they had in stock to be delivered, they arrived eventually, I called to ask for an update, they said it was in their warehouse and would be despatched soon ... I chased it up again only to be told its STILL in warehouse and would be despatched next week.... I cancelled the order ... very poor customer service especially after I had to chase them up .... won't buy from them again.
