Excellent service
Excellent service. I have used Jessop's in Shrewsbury for years and I trust the staff there completely. I am a semi-professional photographer. The main person I liaised with on my latest visit, Phil, whom I know from previous visits was very friendly and interested in what I'd being doing since I last saw him. My footage, using equipment from Jessop's, has appeared a number of times on the BBC and S4C including on Springwatch and Countryfile. I shared this info with him as it's thanks to people like him and the advice that I've had that has helped me develop my photography skills. He was genuinely pleased for me.

The staff in the Belfast Branch were amazing, they took time to explain everything and help me make a decision that was best for me. I honestly can say I have never experienced customer care like this before. I cannot recommend them enough.

Belfast staff extremely helpful
The 5 stars is for the Belfast store only. I called in yesterday after trying and failing to contact the web customer service. I spoke with Neil about the camera I was looking for. He was help knowledgeable, went through the pros and cons aand put no pressure on me.
Sadly the camera was not in stock and even though I was offered a backorder I needed it for flying out today.
While I wasn't able to get what I wanted the store and staff were a great experience and I will be back.
