Jenkins Property Omdömen

Highly recommended!!! They made the whole process of renting my house out a doddle. I felt at ease and safe knowing they were taking care of everything for me. Emmy at Jenkins lettings is especially amazing, there is no task too big or small, she delivers a professional service with so much care and attention. Very very happy landlord!

Whilst I did not succeed with my offer, Barbara at Jenkins was honest, upfront and straightforward. Not pushy, no fakery, no BS. Which, having been dealing with Agents for a couple months now stands out as meriting a positive mention. I avoid certain agencies, whereas i'll keep an eye on those listed at Jenkins more closely going forward.

Jenkins property was recommended to us by a friend and we will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family. From the first visit to our home Paul Jenkins clearly knew the property market. His knowledge, expertise and track record for selling property clearly demonstrated his experience in the housing market. Paul or one of his team did every viewing and gave us great feedback. Our house sold extremely quickly and the sale has been easy and stress free. ( Paul also recommended a great solicitor) The photos and write up on our property were amazing but the online video tour was simply exceptional. One thing that really stood out to us with this agent was the quality of the viewers.
Paul didn’t send just anyone round just so we had people through the door, the viewers we had all seemed genuinely interested and none of them seemed like time waster.
We found Paul and his team friendly, honest, polite, professional and hardworking. If your looking to sell or buy a property Paul Jenkins at Jenkins property is your man.100% Highly recommend.
Thank you to Paul a a his team for a first class service from start to finish.

We Have used Jenkins’s Lettings department for some time now and always found the whole team to be professional from start to finish !
Excellent work!

from start to (almost) finish Jenkins have been there to hold our hands through the process. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Georgie has been fantastic throughout - we had a complicated case and she kept us informed throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Jenkins.

Quick and honest service throughout the whole process.

Excellent service from Paul throughout the process. Informative, honest advice from start to finish. Much appreciated

We couldn’t be happier with Jenkins! We tried two other Estate Agents before we gave Paul Jenkins a go (he kept being recommended while we were struggling to sell our house!) once we switched over to them I can see why! They sold the house quickly for a great price and were just such a lovely team to deal with! All going way above the normal service!

Would recommend Jenkins they have been very helpful, approachable and professional.

Paul was incredibly honest and helpful, gaining our trust from the first viewing.

Within the day we had our offer accepted, and all the necessary paperwork underway.

Would 100% use Jenkins again when we’re looking to sell.

Jenkins were extremely helpful and very professional . Barbara is a pleasure to deal with and helped keep us calm throughout the process and is extremely knowledgeable.
We have also been dealing with Christian at Jenkins , who has also been extremely helpful and proactive.

I highly recommend this company

Brilliant!

Jenkins handled the sale of my property superbly, they got us a fantastic price for our house and it was sold within 12 days. They handled all the viewings which made life so much easier for us and gave the people viewing a chance to be honest and not feel rushed, I believe this definitely helped to the sale of our property so quickly.
Barbara, our agent was fantastic and always easy to get hold of and speak to, even when we hit a few bumps along the way, Barbara went above and beyond to help us sort these quickly and very efficiently.

If or when I find myself looking to sell a property I will definitely use Jenkins again.

Sold my property with Jenkins. I have no hesitation in giving them five stars PLUS PLUS. They are simply the best!
Thank you Barbara and Paul .

This is my second time using Jenkins and their service is fantastic. Buying and selling can be extremely stressful at times but Jenkins make sure that they do everything they possibly can to "less the stress" They are extremely helpful, offer great guidance at daunting times and their efficiency is like no other estate agents out there. I would highly recommend Jenkins to anyone and cannot thank Barbara, Christian and the team for all of their support.

Really happy with the service provided by Paul and his team.

I will be recommending Jenkins to family and friends.

Thanks again!

The team at Jenkins have been dedicated all the way through from the initial appraisal, undertaking accompanied viewings and following up on feedback. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending, in particular would highly recommend Paul and Christian.

Jenkins have helped and supported me to become a homeowner. Really appreciate their services and would highly recommend them.
Barbara is an amazing and caring woman.
She possesses strong interpersonal skills and had the patience to answer all my questions and concerns. She always responds quickly to my mails or text messages and would also call to give me assurance and explain things clearly to me. This made the buying process less stressful for me. Thanks Barbara.
