We started with a fairly general enquiry about a mini home cinema setup - John was patient, taking his time to fully understand the brief and then provided expert and personable advice to us on the layout and kit that would best suit our needs. Additionally, John and team replaced two security lights and provided a WiFi signal boosting solution.

The attention to detail and finish on all the works was outstanding. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough for any job, whether that is home improvements or large scale av work.

What’s more, they are an incredibly friendly company to deal with. Dealing with John and his colleague Colby was a pleasure from start to finish and there were numerous instances of them going above and beyond expectations.

6x Cat 6 data cable install for internet and 4K HDMI all run behind walls and ceiling. From start to finish John was very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Pricing is very reasonable, work quality is 100%, extremely tidy and professional throughout with everything finished to a very high standard, despite the challenges of the job. John at JC Installs was recommended by a Golf Club to provide CCTV. He did a great job, reasonably priced and a clean and tidy worker. The system has been up and running now for over 3 years. We have a very handy app so we can see our CCTV even when we are abroad....its amazing. We had an issue this week where we needed to access the recordings but were unable to login. John very kindly dropped in and sorted it out for us without charge and helped us load the app on our new phones.

JC Installs Ltd first came to my attention when they installed CCTV cameras at my golf club. Several cameras were successfully fitted in the car park and clubhouse area giving a comprehensive coverage.

On the recommendation of the club’s General Manager I invited John to install CCTV at my own property. He fitted cameras to the front, side and back of my house and linked the cameras through our TV to our iPads and iPhones so that we are always able to keep an eye on our property even when on holiday abroad.

After-installation service is also excellent. John returned later on two occasions to help my wife and myself to update the link between the TV and our new Apple devices - nothing is too much trouble for John.

I was recommended Johnny by my electrician to install an alarm system. During his initially assessment he took his time to understand my needs and what is required for my property to be secure at a competitive price.

I added additional work on top of the alarm installation, 2x TVs mounted, outdoor lighting and WiFi access points, which Johnny happy supported to complete as well as go out his way to purchase some of the equipment.

What I most liked about Johnny is his friendly manor, efficiency in his work, and most importantly reliability to ensure the work was completed in a timely manner even though I added extra work.

Just had John from JC Installs hang my new TV on the wall and installed a CAT 5 cable to my Sky box. He was brilliant, extremely professional and completed the job with a great deal of care and accuracy. I would definitely recommend him.
