I had a truly great experience
I had a truly great experience. They were the best price for the items I wanted. Delivery took a while but they told me it would and kept in touch throughout, so that's fine. And a couple of items were broken on arrival. They were replaced with no fuss and the communication was again excellent during the process. Really first class customer service.

I am writing to formally document my dissatisfaction with order #JS-010093.
I placed an order on June 8 and only received it on June 22.
The estimated delivery date provided was June 11 (Thursday), however the order arrived significantly later than expected.
The product was shown as in stock at the time of purchase, however after payment there was no proactive communication about delays or stock issues. I had to contact the company myself after a long period of silence just to get basic information about my order.
This is not a minor delay — it reflects poor stock management and a lack of basic customer communication.
While the order eventually arrived, the overall experience was unprofessional and unacceptable for an online retailer.
I will not be ordering again and I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Unfortunately, one of the specialist products on your order was delayed by our supplier. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we explained the situation, apologised for a missed email, and kept you updated on the expected arrival date.
We also offered the option of dispatching the available items separately so you would not have to wait, but you preferred to receive the order complete, which we were happy to accommodate. As soon as the outstanding item arrived, your order was dispatched the same day and tracking details were provided immediately.
We fully appreciate that waiting longer than originally expected is frustrating, and we apologise again for that. While delays with supplier stock are fortunately uncommon, we always aim to communicate openly and offer customers the options available to minimise disruption.
We process thousands of orders each year, and although we don’t get every order perfect, we do take every concern seriously and continually review our processes to improve the service we provide.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. We understand how disappointing it is to discover an item is damaged when you come to use it.
Like many suppliers of commercial equipment, we ask customers to inspect deliveries and report any damage within the timeframe stated in our Terms & Conditions. This requirement exists because courier damage claims must be raised promptly and we are unable to verify or pursue claims reported after that period has elapsed.
In this case, the damage was reported more than two days after delivery, which was outside our published reporting window. As a result, we were unfortunately unable to process the claim with the courier or offer a replacement under our shipping policy.
Had the damage been reported within the specified timeframe, we would have investigated the matter immediately and worked towards a resolution.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best moving forward.

Dreadful service. The website says "Next Day Delivery" but it took them over a week to deliver. No phone number anywhere, so you can't call to talk to anyone. Website has awful chatbot for support

We’re sorry that your order took longer to arrive than you expected.
As this order contained hazardous chemicals, there are additional legal and safety requirements that must be completed before dispatch. In this case, the required documentation was completed three days after the order was placed, and we dispatched the goods via our specialist hazardous goods courier as soon as all requirements had been satisfied.
Hazardous chemical deliveries are handled by dedicated ADR-compliant carriers and can take longer than standard parcel services. Once dispatched, delivery was completed within the courier’s quoted delivery timeframe.
We appreciate that this may not have matched your expectations and understand your frustration. However, when transporting hazardous products, our priority must always be ensuring full compliance with safety and transport regulations.
We remain committed to providing clear communication, safe handling, and reliable service for all customers purchasing regulated products.

Delivery wasn't their strong point if you want it now don't bother if you want it in 3 weeks time then great order away theres a delay in our suppliers delivering it took you 2 weeks to tell me then the delivery coming at 1330 then 1530 then not at all maybe tomorrow I wouldn't order again from this compony communication is not their strong point

We completely understand why you feel frustrated, and we accept responsibility for the experience you had.
At the point of ordering, the product page did clearly state the expected delivery timeframe, and we also required confirmation of this before checkout because this item is not one we keep in immediate stock. However, that does not change the fact that the final delay with the courier - especially over the bank holiday period - resulted in you waiting longer than anyone would reasonably expect.
Your order arrived with us on 30th April, was shipped same day and should have been delivered the following day, but the courier delay unfortunately pushed delivery back until 6th May. We appreciate that this final issue was understandably the tipping point after an already lengthy wait.
What matters most to us is that our customers feel looked after throughout the process, and in this case we did not meet the standard we aim for.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment caused, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave honest feedback.

Sadly I found this company to be very unresponsive. I had a problem with delivery and invoice addresses when trying to place an order. I requested assistance via their online chat but gave up after waiting 30 minutes for a reply. Fortunately for me I managed to find what I wanted on another website.

Second time I have used Janitorial supplies and they have been great.
Unfortunately one of the chemicals I had ordered was deliver damaged but Erica sorted this out straight away and I received a refund.

Brilliant resolution

Avoid
My items said in stock when I ordered. The delivery date given but the order didn’t arrive. I called and they didn’t really care. Told me to return it once it has arrived if I wanted to. If I’d of read these reviews I would never have used them.
I have to add the items still haven’t arrived and it will be next week
