Sometimes something has to go wrong for a company to show its’ customer service DNA. I received a short shipment which was rectified the next morning at 09:00 by courier. I then received a follow-up to make sure everything was ok.

It was okay but the product let you down. Found that there was quite a lot of poorly put together pieces, lots of imperfections which made us have to do extra to make things work. Quality poor, delivery okay, product overall it remains to be seen.

Excellent products and service
I bought fencing from Jacksons 15 years ago and have gone back to order further items since - including a delivery yesterday- as well as getting a couple of items replaced under their warranty.
