Thank you for your review. We're delighted you were pleased with our service. We appreciate your comment regarding the steel railing posts and panels. While some elements may appear standard, many of our systems are designed and manufactured to suit specific project requirements, such as dimensions and finishes. This means they aren’t always available as off-the-shelf items, but are instead made to order to ensure the best fit and quality for each installation. We’ll certainly take your feedback on board, as clearer communication around this can help set expectations from the outset. Thanks again for sharing your experience.
