JackRey Services Ltd (formerly JackRey Green Energy) has been providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for over 9 years, across the Commercial, Domestic and New Build sectors. Our clients include Housing Associations, Charities, Portfolio Landlords, Lettings and Estate Agents, Builder/Developers, Installers of energy saving measures including air/ground source, bio-mass and solar thermal/PV and thousands of private individuals. Our team prides itself on producing accurate assessments and ensuring that our customers and clients are kept informed throughout the process, we accept the the final certificates produced can be confusing and that the results may not be what is expected, to this end we are always ready and willing to explain the results. Since 2015 we have been helping landlords ensure compliance with and future proofing properties in line with the current and proposed Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) for rental properties. Our understanding of the parameters under which an EPC is produced help us to identify inventive ways of improving the EPC rating. We are also well placed to gain MEES exemptions for properties. We also use a similar process for impartial viability studies prior to the installation of renewable technologies.

Great Service and Very Professional
I'd gladly recommend Jon and EPC Bright for the great work they did for us on our EPC assessments across our property portfolio, especially those that have expired. Not only were Jon and his team very professional in contacting the tenants and scheduling in the works, but also they followed up to ensure that all assessments were all done and completed within a fortnight of instructing their services.

An EPC may have been correct when it was lodged however changes to the property make it invalid. The agent really shouldn't be advertising a property with flawed EPC.

Jon responded to my queries very quickly and spent time on the phone explaining the ins and outs of what needed doing. He was very helpful with his advice and then very quick to get the job done. Highly recommend.
