I ordered some dealer boots about a month ago, and they were faulty so yesterday I gave my number for them to call me back,
Stuart called me at 8.38 am this morning and was very helpful he said he will send the photos to the manufacturer and he will find out later this afternoon,
Not even 1. Hour later at 9.19 am I got a message saying he can process my refund, quick and amazing service especially from Stuart!

Quick and easy to purchase
Quick and easy to purchase, quick delivery time, and when asking questions, I got nice and quick responses from the team.
However my only slightly negative point would be the hoodie I bought, the digi-cam version had thumb holes in the sleeves and had many different images, the English oak version I bought, only had one image and the hands were in the pocket so I expected my English oak hoodie to also have thumb holes in the sleeves, so I believe the two items should be separated. I was a little upset by that, but nothing to stop me from ordering again as everything else was absolutely positive and great quality.
