Jackpotjoy Omdömen

No loyalty to existing customers if you play on there site regular they stop your bonus .. instead of not letting them deposit they just take away the bonus it gets frozen.. don't get me wrong it's got good games and alot of range but when it comes to showing gratitude for loyal customers it's a nope .. hook line sinker .. I've been asking and complaining about lump sum bonus they give to customers who stopped playing like my daughter and friends but if you play with jackpotjoy regular nothing bk .

Love the bingo games and been very lucky, don't normally play slots but thought I'd try them and was super lucky to win jackpot, thank you x
Customer service are really quick friendly & helpful, withdrawals are super quick, by the time you log on to bank it's in there. SUPER FRIENDLY & EASY TO USE BINGO / SLOTS SITE, first class in everything x

Updated review - still no funds returned to my account was told 72 hours then 5 days. Chased this up on 5th day ( 6 days including weekend ) and told it could be longer with now no timescale. 6 days my money has now sat in this sites account waiting in a que to be verified speaks volumes. I’ve demanded an outcome today or I’m moving forward with complaints no customer should be told to just wait it’s not professional whatsoever. Please check out other reviews showing the same problem with this site !!!

Not great to be honest loaded £300 into the game. Played a few slots seem to be very low payout compared to other sites. Did say £50 free on bingo however I never got this after depositing! How ever did get one of the box bonanza by text message opened it up got £39 for free which was a magic touch! This site used to be really good 10 years back 👍 not sure what’s happened! Not giving 1 star because I lost! Just the lack of bonuses and when you do catch a bonus on £1 a go pays out £11 not for me this site will keep account open for 30 days see if I get any more box’s if not will close it stay clear all!

Avoid at all costs this is a major scam!

I won money and now they have closed my account and forcing me to do an advanced verification? I’ve never had this in my life and been gambling for years. I guarantee the info I have provided will somehow not be enough and my money will be ‘held’

Major major scam company.

I had given up on online casinos . They all seemed such low rtp it was no longer worth it … then jackpot Joy gave me a random bonus so I decided to give them a chance … felt like how online casinos used to feel … rtp is clearly higher than other casinos . More generous with bonus and features … thank you Jack pot Joy- been so long since I’ve been able to withdraw anywhere and I’ve just submitted my second withdrawal of the weekend with you! I will be back for sure !

Boring site not a patch on the others chat host talk aload of rubbish or are very childish ,there’s no bonus for loyal players, and you can guarantee if someone dares writes in chat it’s rubbish within 2/3 mins a bot will write had a big win

Been playing on here for over 20yrs andthe main let down is the lack of bonus, or the odds are so much higher now. It feels like the local pub that sold out to a huge company, the persnal feel has sadly gone. Minimising the hours for chat was a huge wrench, no longer able to share my breakfast with freindly familiar players and hosts. Feels like ive lost a community I used to belong to

Don’t use as withdraws went into a bank account that was not my account. Thus account just appears on my account . Would not know if I was not withdrawing

Not worth it I usually deposit around 20 a time and do 50/60p spins and I have not had no bonuses this betting site is more of a scam and I closed the account down waste man.

I gave this site the benefit of the doubt but I can tell you how this site is a con , please dont play big fish frenzy 2 I literally played £20 of 10p stake and got all the way down to £1 and it gave me 10 free spins .. guess what no fishermen and gave me 20p so done £20 with 10p stake and it gave nothing even last night it done similar thing . Boycott this site its not fun you dont have any chance of winning anything anymore

Shocking company , started using there sports betting and refused to pay out on a winning bet , DO NOT USE AVOID AT ALL COSTS SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolute scam site, literally £200 in to get a bonus that gave 0.64p, beyond a joke, DON'T PLAY HERE PEOPLE THERE IS 0 CHANCE TO EVER GET MORE THAN YOU PUT IN!!!

Don't play this site or its sister site monopoly casino i was on a winning steak over Christmas period and then they blocked my account asking me to phone them when I did they were asking for proof of income ect everything they could putting restrictions of deposits on my account just because I won some money needless to say I closed both accounts what a scam of a company

Shite! That's all!

Honestly going to give my review of this site

The more I played on this website the more the games would stop giving a bonus when I 1st started playing the slots seem to be problem free and work as normal and then like I say as time goes on the slots seem to be laggy slow loading and letting you spend X amount of money then reloading right when it feels like a bonus is going to drop u can’t complain about it because all the customers service say is it’s all luck base and we can’t control anything that happens or the basic trouble shooting of clear your browser data and try again

If I was to give my honest opinion it would seem the slots are being mess with to make a bonus not drop

Next problem is the promo games
You win 30p max or a 5 free spins at 10p that don’t do nothing

Problem is there is no way to prove they are not doing anything and no way to prove they are
Just find it funny as a new customer theses problems don’t exist and the more you play they slowly become a issue just my view on it I’ve now closed my account down because you can spend £1000 to win a £100

I’m also not stupid and know you can’t win all the time

Please please don't play on this site they rip you off every time you deposit no bonuses and no big win on any base game they are scammers from my experience they taken over 2000 of me in a week time and no withdrawal most of the money gone on 1 game and the bonuses I get is less then 30x its unbelievable how rigged its stay away and if you are with them close your account and play somewhere else where they are fair and pay back their customers

Absolutely disgrace £1000 of £1.20 steak and no return

Absolutely disgusting customer service app taken all of my money but customer service said it takes human interaction for this to happen. Account now disabled will play with my money elsewhere good riddance thieving scammers!
