Not a great site at all. Tried it out to give it the benefit of the doubt after reading the reviews. As a new customer it gives u a win to keep u happy after that nothing at all it sucks all the money from ya not the greatest of sites at all I know you cant win everytine but after a 30 or 40 pound deposit u expect more than a 20p pay out on slots

Tried to reopen my account today that i closed in february as i was going abroad for a few months . only to be told by a employee called lewis that he could not reopen my account as apparantly i had stated i was a nun and not allowed to play ??? I asked the cocky employee to provide evidence of this ! He sent me a blanked out screen shot then said it wont load as its a fault on my end . What a load of crap this nun statement was obviously put on as a joke because they didnt believe i was going abroad.
