We called in to look for a first car for our son. Ben was very approachable and knowledgeable about the cars and found us a lovely first car at a reasonable price.

Bought 2016 Ford Ranger and was eased with the deal and service. Ben was helpful, polite and helped me through the buying process. Will come back for my next truck.

Avoid and go somewhere else. Unfortunately there's no option for 0 stars, 1 star is a bit of a reach.

Nice people working there and I really mean that. So if you want to go and have a chat with them thats fine please do that. However If you're thinking, 'Should I risk it and trust these people or not to buy a car?' please hear me out and don't. I read a couple of bad reviews, but I thought they had more good reviews than bad, so maybe it was just a couple of people exaggerating. But they weren't. You can believe me when I say I believe 100% the good reviews are fake.

They made my wife and me drive halfway through the UK only for the car to have engine problems, worn-out seats, and a service light on with no service done. The car is in total in mess. When I gave them the option of reducing the price or fixing the issues, they promised to solve the engine problem and service issues, and agreed for me to pick up the car on Friday with everything resolved. But when I called today, I found out that they would rather NOT solve the issues and sell the car to someone else who doesn't understand from cars as this what i believe their business based on. They are sharks and don't even try to hide it.

The cars are straight out of auction and delivered to your doorstep with all their issues for you to deal with. They don't even make an effort to solve the problems and you call them out politely their shark guy Ben shows you his not very nice side and makes up lies. I have been very nice and polite to him and all his colleagues and Ben Accuses me with not been very nice to them I promise everyone here after all these problems i was still very nice. This is all what I am going to say, nice people but they do lie right to your face and trust me and Do not trust them for 1 minute to buy a car from them, instead of buying a car from them for 4K you be better offf buying a car from the Auctions for 1K i promise you that you would have less issues with the car and save yourself a 3K.

However do go around and have a chat with them, they are nice chat thats why i dont give 1 star and I guve 2. If you are living close by it may worth a visit and make your own mind up however if you dont understand from cars i would not recommend in a million year's as these are the sharks and you will be sorry.

Bypass this car dealership. The moment I had driven away from there after paying £2300 for a Vauxhall Zafira, the service light came on. I immediately drove back questioning this and all they had done was reset the dashboard. The following day the engine management light came on. Alarm bells were ringing. They directed me to a garage they use in a Plympton called KH motors in plympton. (They’ve since changed the name) They were corrupt enough to do exactly the same thing. I found myself there at least once a week. They use KH motors (which is many miles from where they are) as their MOT. The MOT was promised as 12 months and it expired less than 9 months.

Im here now with NO car that has diabolically failed it’s MOT with my usual reliable garage with the grand price of £1600 to pay (and I’d already put £1000 into bits of repair throughout these past nine months)

Upset and exhausted from using their ‘service’.

The staff were very helpful! They were able to provide information about the range of cars, tax and insurance. It was easy to look at the cars and take them for test drives.

Bought a car this week and was really impressed with the service start to finish. Nothing was a problem for these guys and it was refreshing to receive such good customer service and communication. Buying my car was a breeze!

It was so clean inside and out too!!...bonus!!

Picked up the car last Thursday and it’s already booked in as driver door keeps sticking and struggle to open it. They must have know about this problem and it’s not something that you can just live with and I am very upset that it was not mentioned. Found the salesman Zac borderline cordial but not that friendly and wasn’t even in when I went to pick up car 1 week later, which I think he could have mentioned. Instead I got Matt who again was borderline cordial and asked for payment immediately before even explaining what had been done on the car (an MOT, dead battery repair and faulty bonnet catch were all to be done) but I had to ask if they had been completed. Instead he was pushing page upon page for my signature. No attempt at conversation or thanks for the custom. On top of everything, after leaving nearly 4K there, they left me 10 miles of diesel! I made my way to Tesco Lee Mill and nearby garage and they had none. Luckily BP Smithaleigh had some. Absolutely disgusting customer care. Will definitely not recommend this place.

Very pleased with my new car, all staff were very helpful with all queries. Car condition was immaculate, valeters did a amazing job.

Bought a car from here yesterday and was very satisfied with the service that I received. Matt in the office was on the ball and really knew his stuff. Car was nice and clean when I came to collect it.
