We found Serum after our efforts were frustrated elsewhere. With starting with another clinic we were worried that we would be pushed to the back of the long line of people, who just like us were looking to start their families.

That couldn’t be further from the truth. As soon as first contact was made everything happened super quickly. Serum reached out to us to set up the initial call where our case was discussed. We left the call feeling heard and confident with our decision to go with Serum.

Next stop, Greece. We arrived nervous and not sure what to expect. The doctors assigned to our case reviewed it extensively and came up with a plan to make our dream come true. Like every journey, we came to a standstill when we unfortunately suffered a miscarriage. Confused and not sure what to do Serum showed up for us. They gave us the space to go through our loss and when we were ready the doctor made a new plan. I am glad as I write this to share that our home has been filled with the coos of our 7-week-old daughter.

Not only did Serum help us have our daughter but our doctor who knew how I, a woman with PCOS was struggling to maintain a healthy weight guided me on what food habits would best help me achieve this goal.

We can't thank Serum enough for showing up for us and making our dream come true.

I am so happy I went with serum on my first ivf round. From the beginning they made me so comfortable and made me feel really at ease. Every step was explained to me but i really felt confident they knew what they were doing so I just put all my trust in them. After my first round of ivf I was successful with twins. My beautiful boys turn 7 months this week. Thank god for serum I might never of been given this beautiful gift of being a mam if I hadent went with my gut and trusted instinct. I will always be grateful for this clinic.

Serum IVF is very professional in every way. They are also very kind and really care about the clients. Everything they did was 100%. They are very thorough and they schedule everything for you.

We started our journey with the Serum team in 2021 after failed attempts in our home country in Ireland. We found Serum Staff compassionate and had a genuine interest in helping us, it was never just about the money which we had found in clinic's in Ireland. We knew that we were in the right place from our first arrival in Serum. The clinic is a very high standard but its their staff that make this clinic a special place. Having a team that you feel are right behind you makes all the difference on your journey. Penny the owner of the clinic is just exceptional. Always available and at the end of all communications and advice required. I am so delighted that I am now 5 weeks pregnant showing strong results. Whatever the outcome of this cycle, we know Serum have done everything in their power to try and make this work for us. We had been trying to conceive for over 7 years, we tried various treatments over the years with different fertility clinics, nothing would work for us not even a hint of a BFP. When all hope was lost, we learned of Serum from online forums and decided to give it one last try.

At Serum they reviewed our case and instead of giving us a one size fits all approach they customized a program for us. This was what set Serum apart the rest of the clinics we had tried. On our very first go we were blessed with our Dear Son. Words cannot express the amount of gratitude we have towards everyone working at Serum for helping us build a Family.

We were international clients so there was quite bit of distance between us, however the staff at Serum were always very friendly and always very hands on. We highly recommend Serum.

I cannot recommend Serum enough. The whole team are simply amazing in every way. Right from the first contact they put you at ease, nothing is too much trouble and communication is second to none.
From the reception team ( who helped us with a number of things including travel arrangements during the pandemic) the driver, the midwives, the embryologists, gynaecologists and lovely consultant.

We have had 100% success rate with serum , which I Truely believe would not have happened in the UK. Unfortunately we lost our first baby at 22 weeks in 2020 but we went on to have our little boy in 2021 and will definitely be going back again when the time comes as we wouldn’t go anywhere else!
We were recommended Serum which we are truly greatfull for and we have been recommending them ever since.

Serum IVF Greece supportive, warm, encouraging are the first words that came to my head thinking about Serum IVF. From my first consultation meeting Penny to ask the midwives ask this staff are amazing, warm, supportive, kind,and encouraging. Had gone to some clinics in Ireland and didn't like their manner. But the first I was in touch with Serum they put me at easy. I would recommend Serum.

I now have two sons thanks to serum one born when I was 40 and one at 44 after many failed attempts at IVF in the Uk.

Although we had a difficult case because of severe endometriosis and implantation failure the Serum team was relentless in finding a solution. When things didn’t work out they always thought of new things to try and were open to our ideas. We did 5 IVF cycles and 2X hysteroscopy at Serum from 2018-2022 and we can’t believe we now have our miracle baby! 🙏🏼

After several failed attempts in the uk, where you’re treated like a statistic rather than a person this process is difficult enough without doctors telling you that you are the problem or they don’t know why it didn’t work because it should have then no other investigations done! But serum were amazing the exact opposite they made you feel valued and that you’re feelings are valid, and investigations done straight away, we had more answers I. 24hours than we had the entire 7years of our journey. Through a difficult process due to other health implications serum worked hard alongside the doctors at the hospital to find the best course of action for us to continue with our procedures, now we are blessed with our beautiful baby girl. Thank you serum for your guidance, care and positivity we can’t thank you enough for our miracle.
