Couldn’t give me the quote they offered me via email then after a lengthy email they tried to match it and still couldn’t. Then next day I get an email offering me the original quote. After another lengthy chat thread I get told just to ignore these emails. Customer service is 0

Worst insurance company ever
Worst insurance company ever. Wouldn't accept that I couldn't get my no claims certificate until my old policy expired or was cancelled. Instead sent them an confirmation email of my no claims and asked them to call me regarding the issue. Instead they just cancelled the policy! You will jump through a lot of loops with this company over paperwork and converting it to the correct files etc, never had as much hassle with any other company and I'm driving nearly 30 years! They are non contactable so no telephone etc, just a nightmare, avoid, they are cheap for a reason
