The product came on time and was packaged well. It worked perfectly and the instruction manual tells you everything you need to know. The price was better than any other bandsaw I searched for.

Later I misplaced the invoice but a copy was provided promptly on request. Friendly and competitive pricing.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Disgraceful customer service. They advertised a free DeWalt speaker for orders over £400, but applied hidden terms afterward. When I requested a cancellation before dispatch, they flat out lied, claiming the order was 'picked and packed', despite sending me a pro-forma invoice for changes minutes earlier. Total lack of integrity and compliance with UK Consumer Regulations. Order #13642579.”

ITS a hot mess
I ordered 2 belle wheel barrows. I was notified that they were out of stock and would be back in 5 days. 3 months and no communication later, they turned up unannounced. At least this time they turned up as one package, the last time I ordered one through ITS, they decided it would be nice to ship it like an advent calendar sending me a piece of it each day. So far, 2 separate orders have been a disaster, wouldn’t recommend at all.
