I bought a Ryobi tool with free battery…
I bought a Ryobi tool with free battery and free charger. The price was excellent. The tool arrived with no battery or charger. ITS claims they were inundated with orders which is absolutely fine however the promotion ran for a couple of weeks so they must have known they were out of free batteries and free chargers by a certain date. They could easily have made a note on the website that the battery / charger would follow when supplies come in. Now call me sceptical but my order says absolutely nothing about a free battery / charger, I can just see where all this is going to end up!!!
I'll update this post with a final outcome

Milwaukee m18 fuel impact wrench kit
I ordered a milwaukee impact wrench kit from ITS as my other one was showing it's age and the battery wouldn't hold charge so thought i would treat myself i placed the order on Friday 21st August and it was delivered on Sunday 23rd August which was super quick delivery so we'll happy with that and would be happy to purchase from its again if I need anything else in the future

Love ITS but knowledge wasn’t as expected
I am a regular visitor to the Harlow ITS and I always speak very highly of their knowledge and service. My last visit was to replace my much loved drill, I feel there is a drop in product knowledge when I ask the differences between a couple of versions. I did eventually find someone he who helped and proved to know his stuff.
My only advice to ITS is that if you are going use cover for weekends or new staff make sure they are trained to be able to find an answer if they don’t know it.
