From the initial inquiry, the whole quoting process, making slight changes to the design, the invoicing to the installation was first class. Nothing seemed too much trouble, Ben was great to deal with.

The most engaged, helpful and professional company I have dealt with in many years. From initial contact and quote to design, survey and installation, the whole process has been fantastic.
Everything was completed in very good time and well within the promised timescales.
The survey was thorough and the guy was extremely knowledgeable, offering different suggestions for the installation that I hadn't even considered.
The quality of the product is amazing too. The fit and finish is really excellent and paintwork looks great.
To top it all off they designed, fabricated and fitted a "Doggie gate" that will resist my 9 stone Dogue De Bordeaux! Simply brilliant!

Fabulous doors from iSteel
My set of internal doors from iSteel are fabulous. The craftsmanship in producing the doors with the thin profiles is second to none and the textured paint finish is great too. It's also been a good experience dealing with this company. Would certainly recommend iSteel.

A first-class service from beginning to end
We looked at several companies to provide glazed steel French doors and a separate glazed panel for our home before deciding on iSteel. Pricing was keen and competitive and we were particularly impressed with iSteel’s website, which was very clear and easy to understand with a comprehensive gallery of photos demonstrating their skill across a wide range of projects. From our first contact, Stephen O’Callaghan put us at our ease with his friendly but professional manner. Stephen has a wealth of knowledge and experience and guided us very smoothly through the decision-making, ordering and payment process. Our request to make a colour change quite late on in the process was met with a cheerful ‘can-do’ attitude and our requests and questions from beginning to end of the process were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Our iSteel installers, Ash and Kai, could not have been more courteous and easy to have around our home. Our installation was very professional and finished to a high standard. They even cleaned the glazed panels and vacuumed the carpets on completion!
We are beyond delighted with the quality of the communication, service, workmanship and installation from iSteel. We will have no hesitation whatsoever in using this company again and in recommending them to family and friends.

Everything about dealing with iSteel from beginning to end has been an absolute pleasure - first rate customer service and support throughout, very nice to deal with and outstanding design and product which has transformed our house internally. Andrew and his team have been excellent - responsive and first class. Surveyor and fitters were outstanding too - very thorough and genuinely cared about the product and wanting to ensure an amazing customer experience.
