Everything is easy to use mostly but I had issues and it took me alot of time to set up when I changed the ip of the server because nothing would save and I had to manually replace old ips with the new ones and the firewall is not customizable enough other than that it way more better than alternatives like cpanel
I truly enjoy using ISPManager to manage my servers. I have a suggestion for a feature around the issuing of SSL Certificates. It would be great if a reminder was emailed to the admin when a Let's Encrypt certificate was set to renew for domains on an external DNS. Additionally, during renewal, if the TXT record in the external DNS remains unchanged, it would be great if the certificate renewed automatically instead of generating new challenges that need to be updated in the DNS. While this may be a Let's Encrypt issue, the sending of a reminder prior to certificate renewal would be a nice feature.
I've been using ISPmanager for a while now, and overall it’s a robust and affordable hosting control panel that offers a wide range of features. The affordability and ease of use make it ideal for users who need a reliable solution without breaking the bank.
However, one significant drawback is that ISPmanager currently lacks support for cgroups—an important feature for limiting system resources. This omission might be a concern if you require fine-grained control over resource allocation, especially in environments where performance and stability under load are critical.
Additionally, the customer support can sometimes be slow and less responsive, and the documentation might not be detailed enough for developers aiming to create custom add-ons.
Overall, ISPmanager is a strong, cost-effective option for most hosting needs, but the absence of cgroups support is something to consider if precise resource management is essential for your projects.

I moved to ISPManager from CWPpro, and I'm already a big fan. It has fairly straightforward setup, is feature rich, and supports a wide variety of stacks. What impressed me most so far is their customer service. Even while I was in the evaluation period my questions and issues were solved correctly and quickly. Five stars!
