Isobaa Merino Omdömen

I have bought several items from Isobaa, including t-shirts, shorts, leggings, and boxers, and I have been thoroughly impressed with the quality and comfort they provide. Whether I'm working out or trying to stay warm during the winter months, Isobaa's clothing has always come through for me.

Always a great experience. I sometimes wish there were shirts that were reinforced in the shoulders for backpacking, but I love the selection as is also!

I dont like to write negative reviews but my experience with Isobaa has been frustrating. I ordered four tops on 29th April (all of which shown in stock) and despite relatively slow dispatch (my invoice staes 1-3 days) two tops arrived in mid May (15th). Two of the items were not included and I contacted Isobaa on the 17th May and when I checked Isobaa both items were shown in stock. It took until 24th May for Isobaa to establish that the other two items hadn't been dispatched (which I obviously knew already) and that one of them had gone out of stock and wasnt available now until September. I requested a refund for the out of stock item which I have received (so not all bad!) but I am still waiting for the outstanding item to be dispatched. I think things sometimes go wrong but the time it is taking Isobaa to resolve this is very frustrating and the need to constantly chase up progress (and not get a reply for two days without exception) is irritating. The two items I have recieved seem good quality but they are also available at a more competitive price through another etailer (whose packaging my two items arrived in). I do live in the UAE so I am not complaining about delivery time purely about the time taken to literally put a shirt in a shipping package and dispatch it.

I love the fact that responses from Isobaa are from a real member of staff, with a name!
I love the quality too. I bought a grey and red striped merino jumper and I love it! It fits well and hasn't gone baggy or pilled either.

Perfect T-Shirts, Polos and socks to be outdoors. Merino wool is warm and cozy, but it also endures 3 days of outdoor adventure without a wash. On the one side, the T-Shirt soaks with sweat if you sweat profusely, but on the other side, it dries easily overnight.

Ich kaufe T-Shirts, Longsleeves und Unterwäsche nur noch von Isobaa und habe inzwischen schon mehr als 20 Produkte. Sie tragen sich sehr angenehm und sind sehr gut verarbeitet. Auch nach dem Waschen im Wollwaschgang der Maschine ist alles heil geblieben. Die Größenangabe (S) stimmt und es passt alles prima. Die Qualität ist besser als Icebraker oder Supernatural, da habe ich schon Shirts und Hosen mit Löchern. Das einzige was ich über die Firma auf der Website nicht finden kann ist, ob sie nachhaltig produzieren. Die Ware stammt aus China (übrigens wie bei Icebreaker). Die Bedingungen für Mensch und Tier würden mich wirklich interessieren.

I've ordered few items from third party seller (SportPursuit) and I'm really happy with the product which was delivered to me. On the beginning I checked reviews only about the shop but not about the product, done the order and only then checked the reviews after which I was afraid that the size might be not true to size. But it's not, I've order tops in the same size I'm buying from different brands and it fits well (just keep in mind it's slim fit, so if you want it to fit loose I would recommend to order one or maybe even two size bigger). The quality is also very good. The only thing which worry me is washing (as also some people said it shrank after first wash, but I believe in 30 degrees as recommended everything will be fine - but will updated on that after first wash). Overall highly recommended and definitely will buy some more staff from Isobaa. Cheers!
