It has always been so easy to deal with Iron Bridge. Always make it happen. We have been renting for 7 years now from Iron Bridge and would always recommend them to be number 1 in New Zealand.

We’ve had a great experience with Iron Bridge. They have been efficient, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process, making our move smooth and stress-free. We’re very grateful for all their help and for choosing us as tenants. Thank you for making us feel welcome in our new home.
Absolutely worst Property Management experience I have ever experienced in 30 years. Despite sending through COUNTLESS signed paperwork and documents, the property manager(s) looking after the house we were in, never updated who was actually living in the house. The absolute bare minimum. Throughout the YEARS of sending documents for tenant transfer, they incorrectly documented who was living in the house.
Now, when it comes to bond retrieval, almost nothing on their end is correct. And guess who has to suffer? The tenants. There are no repercussions for their inability to do a basic task. This has caused us an immense amount of grief and stress in an otherwise very simple process.
I usually wouldn't write a review, and just move on, but I've heard similar stories from other tenants with this company. This seems to be a repeat occurrence and feel obliged to warn others. We will be avoiding this company for the foreseeable future.
We’ve had a positive experience with IronBridge. The team communicates clearly, responds quickly when needed, and manages everything in a professional and organised way. Overall, the process has been smooth and stress-free.
Any problems and Haley gets on to it straight away.
We have plenty of notice that an inspection is due.
Is happy to meet us at the property as one of us likes to be there.
I feel that the tenants are well looked after and they have the owners interests at heart.

We had a lady named Wendy and she was very rude and does not do her duties properly. Would not recommend her for your property manager
They don't care about tenants at all and twist situations to make them the bad guy. Deny any issues raised and just generally really bad at addressing issues.
Im from Christchurch and I called Iron Bridge for a couple questions about a property me and my mum were both interested in. We both called separately because we both had different questions, both had the same woman over the phone that was really rude and disrespectful. She talked over us both on any questions we were trying to ask, then hung up the phone as soon as she finished talking. I wouldn’t recommend getting a place from here as no matter who you call it will always be that one same woman that doesn’t care. I called someone else higher to make a complaint because no one should get treated like this but the same exact woman picked up and it was a different number I called! Never got a name but she has a very strong accent from somewhere and you’ll know when you hear it.
I had recently purchased a property in Woodend, Canterury from Ironbridge. I find that they present their properties very well. They had provided a great deal of details about the property and more information than others. The purchase transaction with Ironbridge went about smoothly and without any hitch. I had recently had a problem with a door in the house. They were there in less than an hour and had it fixed. They also have wonderful sales agent in Jacqui Hyden. She is such a pleasant person who is very friendly, polite and very happy to help you out and answer all your questions. If you are looking for a house in Canterbury, I would recommend that you try to go with Ironbridge if you can and don't forget Jacqui Hyden.
By far the worst rental agency we have experienced so far. They don't know anything about the properties they are renting, and they don't really care either. Customer service is shocking, don't expect any updates on anything you have asked about, expect to have to chase everything. And if you complain, don't even expect a reply!
If we didn't love the house we would move. Stuck with them for now but would highly recommend tenants to seek elsewhere as we have experienced no care for us at all thus far.
