The surveys are often not paid for, when I complained about this issue they used laughable excuses and eventually blocked my account stealing the money I accumulated

They are scammers and anytime u GP to cash out u need to verify and won't let u be verified and then permanently block your account

I can't redeem the money award and there is no help from Irish Opinions. I was doing my surveys carefully and got my hard earned award, but the payment company Payment Vault is not credible. Their customer service is sending the same generated email that "I was prompted to verify my ID and I need.to follow the link". Never got any link. They are repeating over and over again that I need to follow the link which I have never received!
If you check Payment Vault reviews; 90+ people are calling them scamers cause they cannot access their awards from Irish Surveys.
Shame on you Irish Surveys that people are scammed like this by this awful company. I have spent 5x more time to try to get access to my award than on actual surveys and all I got is being frauded.

I actually never thought in a million years that I would be giving a 1 star review to Irish Opinions. I have been a contributor to this panel for at least 7 years and I would say possibly more. I have always given proper time to the surveys and provided honest and reliable responses. I see I am not the only one but when redeeming the latest reward, I had to verify myself with a photo ID and I got a notice to say it has failed. I emailed for help and got a reply back saying that my account failed the verification checks and therefore my account is permanently suspended. I am honestly appalled. I did notice that the platform itself has become quite unreliable and takes up a lot of unnecessary times - surveys appear and you think you have loads and they don't open or you spend some time in a survey and it says sorry this is closed even though you've finished it and get no reward. So they have suspended my account - which means I haven't even got the reward either which I earned fair and square. My advice - do not go near - there are other panels and ways to complete surveys or earn a few euro extra in vouchers. I am honestly appalled. No thanks for loyalty.

They are not making sense, when I try to redeem it always said verification failed and the ID Card I uploaded is not supported. I contacted the support team and it says the Irish residence permit card is not an ID Card, and the support name joyce told me to upload a Ireland Government issued ID, so the Irish residence permit card is not an ID that Government of Ireland issued ? Are. you kidding me ?This survey is a joke !!!!

Do not register/use in Irish Opinions, it is a total scam. When you try to redeem your voucher, they say your verification failed.

Getting Penny or TKMax rewards is easy but do NOT choose the Virtual Mastercard. You have to sign in with e mail and address and the site won't accept my postal code. Also no one at either Irish Opinions or Dynata have bothered to rectify this month old dilemma. I'm down €20 for what took me like 10 hours work!

I completed several surveys and now i cant redeem payments

This happened to me enough times to make me give up on them. Joined a survey, spent a long time answering it (+20 mins) and towards the end they go "we had to cut this survey short because we've received enough responses". Meaning that I wasted my time for nothing. Never again.

Each morning around 8 a.m. Irish Opinions send an email to encourage you to take a survey before it's too late. For the last week, there have been no surveys. Why do this? It's lazy and unprofessional.

i think this is a scam .1.i cannot claim any rewards saying my phone number already exists.2 survey i was doing wanted to know how much i have in my saving account (WHY) stopped as soon as this came up STAY AWAY

This site has to be a scam. They require you to verify your identity in order to get a gift card (uh... why?). I tried with an identity card but it wouldn't work via the site they use Veriff. Wrote to them for help but they gave me a snarky response saying they couldn't do anything to help. My passport was in the mail so I waited until I got it before doing anymore surveys. What do you know... Veriff gives me the okay with my passport while Irish Opinions says there is an error and Veriff COULDN'T confirm my identity. Just stick with Swagbucks and Red C Live Surveys... they are a lot more competent

Tested the site for a few days. 90 % of survey are disqualifying you and for the rest, no rewards at the end. Site is pretty much a scam to steal your data.

Looks like a scam to me. Looks good at first then the want photo of me and ID. Tried different forms of ID some not good enough. I was told I was verified but they now say no , The reason was the full page was not shown . They had could enough to see it was genuine ID.

Anyone else having trouble redeeming rewards In the last 4 days everything ho through alright u get the verification code enter it and u get the email stating u have successfully redeemed but u don't get voucher and in the site in rewards it says failed, your points are still there I've tried a few times and cannot redeem anymore is it something to do with the new validation with variff because I cannot figure out how to verify I tried and customer service isn't helping one bit

This sit use to be good - but they updated their their system and it is near impossible to redeem your voucher.
At the start you could cash out €20 in voucher in 24hr period and that has now dropped to €10 .
Give the sit a miss and find a better one as this one is more hassle than it pays out .

Good surveys quick payout.could do with been a bit shorter for the money you receive
