The service you offer is very efficient…
The service you offer is very efficient and Albert in Cardiff was great. Offering a same day turn around to replace a mobile phone battery is a great offer. Apple UK are currently taking 6-8 days! You should leaflet some of they key suburbs of Cardiff I think you’ll find lots of customers for this service who can’t afford to be without their mobile for long but desperately need a new battery. Can I also strongly suggest you simplify further your website make it even easier to follow.

Excellent service, covid compliant, great value and I was given advice and shown how to sort out a few tech issues for myself too. My phone looked like new once they'd fixed the screen. I would definitely recommend as a good place for getting all your phone problems sorted out quickly and with expertise and a lovely manner :) 10/10

Great prompt service
I am happy to say I got my phone back today working fine after I botched putting a new battery into it and sent it off to the experts! It needed another new battery and a new screen but that was still loads cheaper than a new phone. Good communication from Albert and quick service. Much appreciated.

Outstanding service
I had a fault on the screen before I cracked it, I was worried that i would be paying out for something that would still be faulty once replace.
The person at the shop told me that he would do test on it to ensure that the screen would rectify the problem.
I was so happy on collection to be advised it was fully working and that it was the screen.
