Easy to engage. Forms straightforward. Quick replies. Instructions very clear. Device posted one day. Email the next morning confirming receipt. Couple of hours later a follow up email received stating amount agreed would be transferred that day which it was. Would recommend and will be passing details to friends and family.

It was really easy to get a quote for recycling and they sent through packaging materials promptly. Also helpful reminders to wipe your device before sending it in. I received an email confirming receipt and then another email later that day confirming payment had been made.

I was impressed with the speed of the service, the postage label arrived quickly and they dealt with the credit for my old iPad on the same day it was received

Very efficient service
Very efficient service. Posted iPad on Saturday, the agreed amount of money was in my bank account on the following Tuesday.
I would definately look to use iPad Recycle in the future.
