It was seemless and hassle free from discussing the booking to the professional service from the driver.

Excellent service from everyone at the INTX Team. Meet and greet is also a very good product.

There was excellent communication from the initial enquiry right through to the bus arriving for pick up. INTX are always my go-to supplier when I need a bus in Liverpool. Would highly recommend.

Clear communication and excellent service

In a sea of outrageous quotes for wedding transport, INTX came back with a fair price, and a good range of vehicles. Invoicing and payment was all super simple and the staff were lovely to deal with.

On the day itself, everything ran like clockwork, which given that we were transporting people around Liverpool City Centre on a Saturday afternoon with Christmas markets in full flow, and Liverpool playing at home, is no mean feat!

We didn't get to travel in the vehicles ourselves but guests were really positive and said the minibus was very high quality. I'd recommend INTX without hesitation and would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service. Very flexible to changes made last minute.

Competitive rates

I would recommend INTX should you need any transfers for your meetings/events.

I’ve always received exceptional support from both Julia and Kathryn at INTX when arranging minibuses and coaches for our business needs at Jaguar Land Rover. They consistently go above and beyond to accommodate last-minute requests and changes, and their communication throughout the booking process has always been clear, timely, and professional—often exceeding expectations. Their reliability and dedication make them a pleasure to work with.

My request for a car to a funeral, with return journey, was dealt with promptly, and at short notice.
Communication at all times was clear and accurate, and telephone conversations friendly and helpful.
Intx helped to take the stress on a sad day for me.
Ian Winterbottom was a prompt and courteous chauffeur

The coach drivers were excellent, on time and responsive when we changed the pick up times. INTX kept us fully informed of arrangements and contact details and were very professional. Would definitely recommend.

How efficiently my travel plans were dealt with.
Excellent customer experience would recommend without hesitation

It is always a pleasure to work with INTX, seamless, professional, high quality service.

From where I sat, inTX did a great job.

I used to work for a high -end tour operator for more than 8 years and have worked with many coach loads of companies across the UK, Europe and the US – and I can honestly say this coach company INTX were excellent from start to finish: the client team (Kathryn & Gemma) were incredibly helpful in finding the best solution for our needs and remained flexible throughout the process. Our driver (Mike E) was brilliant – calm, patient, accommodating, and an excellent driver too. Everything ran smoothly, and we couldn't have asked for better service.
Highly recommended!
