We had a fantastic experience with Intouch. As first time buyers they were super helpful in guiding us through the process, from getting a mortgage in principle to securing our mortgage. This is the second time I have used Intouch financial as my mortgage broker and I couldn't rate them more highly.
They kept me informed of my existing rate being due to expire, built in sufficient time to make sure I'd be able to fix the rate in time for the expiry of the existing rate.
I received clear email communication and received very good advice.
