I don’t know why so many people on here are complaining seriously I bought a day date around 2 weeks 3 days ago got it today (I live in uk) and honestly wow it’s perfect weight is exactly what they said and the build quality and how 1:1 it is it’s great I’ve bought from others before and this is miles better so in my experience it’s worth it

This company is dishonest. This person "Ryan" is a petty little dooche. I am sharing MY personal experience. This is not slander. I have all of the transactional data, the email threads, and months of tirelessly trying to get my watches fixed, my money back for watches they did not ship, and many WRITTEN exchanges that prove the following:
1`. they do not honor warranty service for defective watches
2. they do no accept (or at the very best they make it prohibitively expensive and cumbersome) returns for watches that are clearly junk
3. they do not return funds if the watch you ordered is "back ordered" and you do not want to accept a replacement.
It's companies like "InTime Watch" their domain is "intime06.co" that believe they can operate with impunity because they are hiding in China in this case. Do yourself a favor and find a better company that has a track record of standing behind their products and get them to put in writing what their policies are when you need to return something because it is defective.

Avoid this fake company, if its too good to be true it usually is, the watches are nothing like the pictures and a very low grade poor copies, my watch stopped working after just one day, the seller name Ryan obviously fake name for a chinese national is the worst person ever, poor communication and zero after sales, they take your money and supply terrible watches, avoid avoid avoid, you have been warned.Zero stars is too much😒

I bought a Cartier watch from this company some time ago. Now it never worked and I just thought it was the battery. Now because of one thing or another, I never got around to getting the battery looked at. I took it to a jeweller and they said there was no place to put a battery and a phoney battery had been stuck in. I took it to another jeweller and they said the same. I’ve totally scammed. I got back to the company and because I never got intouch with them five days after i received the watch, then they wanted nothing to do with the problem. Wont be buying another watch from this company.

Een Rolex datejust gekocht voor €468 horloge staat al stil als het 1 nacht niet gedragen wordt, het heeft een gangreserve van nog geen 15 uur!! Ryan bied als compensatie €25 of het horloge naar hem opsturen naar China op mijn kosten! Er wordt een schimmig adres opgegeven en ik moet liegen qua waarde van het pakket.alleen als het horloge in absolute Nieuwstraat is wil hij mijn geld terug geven, maar hij weet dondersgoed dat ik het horloge heb gedragen, dus hij zal absoluut wel een klein krasje op de band vinden en dit als reden opgeven om mijn geld niet terug te geven. Dit is al het tweede horloge dat niet goed is, ik koop nooit meer iets bij deze verkoper!
