Agni the rep was very professional in understanding my questions and providing appropriate answers.
I was extremely impressed with the customer service at Intertrader. I called on a Friday at 10pm and was surprised that a support representative answered straight away. Savvas was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He got my account up and running quickly, and when the call dropped, he called me back immediately. He even walked me through making my first deposit. The whole experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend Intertrader.

everybody in the programme from Agni Sarah to Greg give very clear and sound advice. if there ever was aprogramme out there to teach and learne from smartcharts have develped it in my opion this should be taught in schools well done everyone at smartcharts.

Dovevo prelevare circa 800€ e via web faccio richiesta, il giorno dopo mi comunicano che dovevo fare una procedura di riconoscimento, la mail era scritta in perfetto stile phishing dove mi dice di andare su un sito sconosciuto quindi mi rifiuto.
Mi chiama per telefono Jimmy ed in inglese mi vorrebbero spiegare il riconoscimento, io non parlo inglese ma mi convinco a fare la procedura.
Mi scrivono che 500€ mi saranno accreditati su carta e il resto con bonifico, non capisco ma va bene. Mi chiedono l’estratto conto bancario che con ritrosia invio.
Nell’estratto conto è indicato il mio domicilio e non residenza, a loro questo non va bene, deve coincidere e mentre cerco di fargli capire la differenza tra domicilio e residenza e che la banca non è l’ufficio anagrafe invio l’estratto conto di 6 mesi fa con l’indirizzo di residenza. Niente da fare.
Mi chiedono di "aggiornare il tuo indirizzo nel tuo conto Intertrader in modo che corrisponda all'estratto conto bancario", in poche parole mi chiedono di dichiarare il falso.
Ora capisco che tutto questo dovrebbe essere a tutela del cliente, però l’ottusità delle procedure ha un limite. Tenetevi i soldi.

Good experience and great broker in my opinion. Jimmy helped me resolved my issue and replied my query same day and followed it up with a phone call which I think was very good customer support.
