Absolutely amazing week spent with Insparetreats in Morocco. The team were so friendly and professional and all fab at their jobs. Food was incredible. Exercise classes, hikes, PT sessions, massage, nutritional talks - everything was 5* . The week was made even better by spending it with an incredible group of people - can’t wait to go again!!

Just back from the most amazing week in Morocco with the team. A really flexible schedule that you can choose to do as much as little as you want - fabulous fitness classes, yoga, walks, morning runs, massage and nutritional advice. And the food ... oh the food ... fantastic flavours and variety (& all healthy). Will definitely be booking another break soon. Great for solo travellers as well as couples.

The best holiday if you are feeling a bit burned out, tired and needing to get your health back on track.
One of the nicer ways to detox with healthy food and fun activities.
You can go for 5 or 7 days…I went for 5 but would recommend 7 days if you have the time.

The In:Spa team are a very special team of talented, professional, caring, committed and delightful individuals. I cannot recommend highly enough. We had the best fun too, whilst re-booting our bodies and minds.

This retreat was amazing. It was in a great location with very nice staff and attendees. The healthy food was excellent, the fitness programme was outstanding and yoga was interesting. The massgaes were unconventional but worked exceptionally well. After this experience I felt completely rejuvenated.

My first Inspa Retreat was a gift to myself for my 30th birthday and I can say it was the best investment and truely an unforgetful experience! A week filled with delicious & healthy meals, fun excersizes and relaxaing daily meditation and yoga sessions! Thanks to the perfect combination of activities and down time I left feeling recharged and energized!

Inspa is simply the best. I reckon everyone would benefit from a week on one of their retreats. Fantastic combination of lovely venues, top experts (PT, yoga, cooks, nutritionists, masseuses - they are all great), and lovely fellow guests.

A week at InSpa is an investment in yourself. I went to the South of France and loved every second of it. What's so special is that you are completely looked after, with world-class fitness and yoga experts, a nutritionist and a chef. Even though I was exhausted with all the exercise, my head and mind felt clear - and I lost a few pounds. Result! The accommodation was gorgeous and it was easy to grab an hour or so by the pool if I didn't feel like exercising. I'm promising myself an InSpa week every year, it's worth every penny.

I went to one of inspa's health and fitness retreats in Morocco. It was probably the most enjoyable holiday I've ever had.

I went with a friend who had been before and I must admit I had visions of a boot camp with meagre rations, but it was luxury all the way, we were taken care of by the most amazing people and the food was amazing - plenty of fresh fruit, healthy salads, fish, Moroccan specialities, etc.

Everyone in the group was given a personal timetable including one-on-one sessions with the personal trainers and nutritionist. We did lots of great walking, swimming, jogging and daily yoga classes. The yoga was sublime!

At the end of the week I had made so many new friends, and felt unbelievably healthy and fit. I'm definitely going back next year.
