I recently attended a local funfair and unfortunately the experience was overshadowed by what felt like very poor security.

There was little to no visible staff managing the crowds, and certain areas became uncomfortably overcrowded without any intervention. It didn’t feel like there were proper checks in place at entrances, and I didn’t see any clear systems for handling potential incidents or emergencies.

Most concerning of all, I observed members of the security team—identified by blue badges—appearing to drink while on duty. This is completely unacceptable for staff responsible for public safety and only added to the sense that the event was not being properly managed.

For an event that attracts families and large numbers of people, I expected a much higher standard of safety and organisation. Instead, it felt quite chaotic and, at times, unsafe.

I hope the organisers take this feedback seriously and make significant improvements to security and crowd management in the future, as it really impacts the overall experience.

at the Teddy rocks festival and walking with my family, by the bus roads the security in hi vis and blue badges didn’t see that a car had ran into me without them stopping the upcoming traffic!

Following a 1 star (would have given zero if I could - see my review) experience with Almax Security Chains, I ordered a Pragmasis Protector 19mm and matching RL21A lock from Insight. Excellent communications. I telephoned with a query as I hadn’t seen - I missed it so it was my fault - a confirmation email about my order (which I was probably a little paranoid about because Almax). Office was closed but as soon as they were open someone rang me back and answered everything. Chain received next working day. Superb and highly recommended.

I wanted to buy a Pragmasis Roundlock and chain to keep my motorcycle secured. Insight had the best price for the locks and chains. I wasn't sure which chain and I decided to ride my bike down and collect it in person.

I received great advice, on the chain and lock and ended up getting a 1.5m 16mm noose chain as well as the lock.

From the phone call with Lucinda to see whether it was possible to collect, to the welcome and advice at the showroom from Chris, the Insight team was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and really great to do business with. It’s so refreshing to meet such genuinely nice, decent, helpful people, selling great products at a great price.

I ordered a garage door defender & a 1500mm door security bar, soon delivered (sooner than I expected), items fitted & really pleased with them, I will definitely use this company again & have recommended them to a friend already.

Ordering around Christmas I fully expected there to be a bit of a delay, however I am happy to say our goods arrived promptly the next day with no hassles at all. Great service, very impressed.

I ordered the trolley type under vehicle search mirror. The item was with me within 24 hours. No hitches, the mirror was in one piece on arrival and has been in use for 4 or 5 days now so i'm taking it that it's doing the job!

I placed an order on Sunday evening and my order was delivered at dinner time on Tuesday. The delivery man was the height of politeness and the parcels were in pristine condition.
The contents were in tact and exactly what I ordered.
I will certainly keep this company on my "favorites" list and I have no doubts l will order from them again in the future.

This company had good communications and really speedy delivery. We havent tried out the product yet (seagull deterrant) so we dont know about that yet.

Good product - speedy delivery.

Speedy delivery is to be expected in purchases involving security products. But for low value products, where time is not of the essence, the delivery charge becomes a fairly high percentage of the overall purchase cost. Consider an optional "low rate/low speed" alternative delivery service that would make purchases like mine a little more attractive.

I ordered some Bird Gel from Insight, over the phone in the early afternoon. The call was answered virtually immediately, the person I spoke to clearly knew and understood their product range. I then got an email later the same day saying the good had been despatched and would be delivered the following day. Guess what - they were.

Incidentally the product is fantastic too - no more recordings interrupted by birds on our satellite dish,
