InsideAsia Tours Omdömen

An amazing, memorable, adventurous and fun trip. Inside Asia did a brilliant job with organising the tours, hotels , private transport and planning the entire trip.
The hotels were a really good standard and excellent locations. The driver was so friendly and knowledgable. The tours they organised were some of the best I have done for many years. I would definitely recommend this company. Well done to Rhian for an arranging this tour in South Korea and Jeju island.

Inside Asia made our first trip to Asia an experience far beyond our expectations. From our first contact our consultant listened to our ideas and needs and was ready with suggestions for our consideration. The info pack we received was complete and reassuring. Accommodation was wonderful and always situated with easy access to points of interest. We learned much about Vietnam from our guides and have so many amazing memories of our trip.

Our first time using InsideAsia Tours and we were very impressed. The agent helped us plan the trip offering suggestions tailored to particular interests.
The organisation was excellent and we received a very detailed and helpful information pack. The experience in Korea was also great: transfers, guides, hotels, additional services, all first class.
Above all we liked the personal service we received from the agent who kept in touch throughout. Would definitely use them again.

We had a wonderful trip to Cambodia in February. Oona understood our brief perfectly and brought together a perfect mixture of the culture, people and nature of Cambodia. All our guides and drivers were amazing - very well informed, flexible to any changes we wanted made and caring. Highlights for us were cycling around the temples of Angkor Wat, the homestay visit in the north west, meeting locals in Battenbang who had set up their own small business' and a wonderful stay in a tented camp in the Cardamon Mountains. Thankyou Oona and Inside Asia Tours.

Highlight of our family trip to Vietnam were an amazing sunset cruise to a quiet spot in Halong Bay and our brilliant guides who introduced us to the country and culture so well . Rhys listened to what we wanted, planned and tweaked an amazing tour of Vietnam from North to South and then Cambodian temples near the end. He chose perfect hotels with pools and nice staff and there were no hitches at all with transfers or any of the plans . We definitely would have only seen half as much of the country if we had tried to plan it ourselves ( as we have in the past) . A huge variety of activities: cooking , meeting local craftspeople , circus, zip wire all made it a perfect experience for the whole family! I really would recommend booking through these guys!

We have just had an amazing trip to Vietnam and Cambodia with Inside Asia. Stayed in some beautiful hotels, visited some amazing places. Everything went very smoothly snd our guides were excellent.

We had a brilliant 2 week family adventure through Northern and Central Vietnam. The Inside Asia advice (Liam), booking, flights, hotels, logistics, trips and guides were all excellent. Highlights were the Vespa Tour in Hue, Street Food tour in Hanoi and exploring the caves at Phong Nha National Park. We have previously travelled with Inside Japan and found Inside Asia just as good.

Everything on the tour went really well, except for one activity the local hotel got wrong. People were there to meet and greet and did efficient tour guiding. A mistake at booking got us a free upgrade to a fabulous hotel. Overall, very happy with the experience.

I loved the temple stay and the day with the tour guide as I learnt so much. The tour was perfectly tailored with everything I requested met. I had the time of my life with each day filled with a different experience.

Our trip was amazing - interesting and stress-free. The right mix of activities and chill time.

All we had to do was enjoy - Lien put together a great itinerary.

I would highly recommend inside-asia!

Bespoke trip ran like clockwork and staff, guides and drivers contributed to an excellent trip

We were impressed with the amount of information we received prior to the trip. A lovely booklet of everything we needed to know bespoke to our trip, as well as info about the towns we were going to visit. We were also very pleased that train tickets and WiFi dongle were left for us at our first hotel in each country. What a great idea. It meant we could travel independently but without hassle.

I had a great time on my taylor made tour of Thailand. Everything worked. From guides to hotels and trips between cities. I managed to pack a lot into my 8 days in Thailand. It is a wonderful country with a most important asset. It's people and hospitality.

Knowledgeable, well connected staff, who really listen to their clients needs. An amazing range of places to visit, the real inside track. Highly recommended

Well organised tour with good guides, good locations to visit, reliable transport and good hotel selection.

Thailand adventure. I booked a 3-week tour with Inside Asia Tours. It was a multisite tour which also included a 3 night homestay trek in the north. The trip was therefore logistics-heavy and took a lot of planning. This was undertaken by the team at InsideAsia and not once did the supply chain fail to deliver what was promised. From start to finish the communication was first class, the hotels and accommodation were of a high quality and the transfers seamless. The tour was fantastic, it was seamless, and would highly recommend this travel company to organise your tour.

Our trip was designed with our input to make it personalized to how we like to travel.

InsideAsia let us down on too many levels. Hotels were below our standard and when I raised questions before our trip I was assured they would change things. They did not organize our time well. They did not book our airplane seats so we had to sit apart for a 14 hour flight. They knew the trip was to celebrate a big occasion but did not think to give us any choices about hotels and if we wanted upgrades. Finally, we were not told our last pick up time and spent our last day in Tokyo trying to follow this up.

From receiving my quote to the easy online payment via their portal, everything was smooth and effortless. Aaron was very patience with my constant questions over the year and was very quick to reply. It was amazing having someone organise all my transfers across Japan, and having a local representative an email/call-away was very reassuring. Would recommend and definitely use again.

This was our second time co-planning a trip with IA- Japan in 2016 and now Vietnam. It was a great experience all the way- from
smooth planning to fantastic experiences. I definitely recommend them, especially if you are an independent traveler and don’t want a totally pre-packaged tour. Their support is
great too.
