ORDERED A TYRE INFLATOR, PAINLESS PROCESS. THE TRACKING SHOWED IT AS DELIVERED A FEW DAYS LATER .... BUT APPROX 400KMS FROM ME, CONTACTED INNOVV AND STRAIGHT AWAY THE GUYS ARE TRYING TO SORT IT OUT, PACKAGE ARRIVED AT MY HOUSE THE NEXT DAY..... FANTASTIC SERVICE

I bought the N1 system, and INNOV asked me for a review, which I did. It was a two star review as this is a Chinese company masquerading as British. I had some fitting issues but when I emailed I got a standard and unhelpful reply. They didn’t understand the question.
My review reflected that. It was 2 star, as I think the camera good but support poor.
INNOVV customer service replied asking for more details, so I emailed back copying in the review which was very detailed. I got the same standard reply I got for my questions showing that the email had not been read. Another Chinese company pretending to be British and who just don’t care.

Placed order for Air-pump, Amazon lost it. Contacted Innovv. Absolutely fantastic, Tom understood the problem & fixed the issue. Stated a replacement would be en route, 9pm same day package delivered 😎👍

Ik heb hier gekocht, betaald en ze sturen niets op en ze hebben zogezegd geen bestelorder terwijl er wel mails van hen naar mij zijn gestuurd. Ik heb na betaling ook niets ontvangen van bestel order. De bestelling in volledig online gelopen.

I bought and paid here, and they didn't send anything. They supposedly didn't have an order confirmation, even though I received emails from them. I also haven't received anything from the order confirmation after payment. The order was processed entirely online.
THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

After fitting the system on my Ducati 937 Monster under the seat it was overheating causing lost files. I drilled holes in the underneath seat container which cured the problem . Great system with great video quality.

Accessory support for an older system enabled me to keep the system in place. Tech help was excellent at diagnosing the issue and recommending a fix. It now works good as new!

I bought a H5 4k helmet camera Sept24, The camera is brilliant, excellent quality though you definitely need to purchase the helmet mic if you want to have decent audio as after 30mph+ the wind noise cancels out any other noise, otherwise this is an excellent product and came in good time. One of the clips recently broke and after contacting them to check when the mount pack would be back in stock they agreed to send me a replacement clip free of charge! excellent service. Thank you :)

The K6 camera works and when it works it works well. I have had the camera for just over a year, but it developed a faulty cable where the USB plugs into the battery. I was advised to contact support and after pushing them they agreed to send a replacement cable. However since the K6 i bought they have changed the design of the main cable such that the replacement cable is not compatible with the original cable! Thus I need two replacement cables as a consequence, but support doesn't seem to see the problem. They did offer me a discount if I bought the second cable, but that makes a mockery of the two year warranty. Currently they keep asking me to send further pictures or videos of the problem, but it remains unresolved. The other problem is all the replacement cables are sent from China. The first shipment got lost so it took two weeks for the replacement cable to arrive, but it is incompatible with the original cable. I left a review on the innovv uk website, but so far it hasn't been added as I believe it has to be reviewed before it is added to the site. Overall it's a good product but let down by poor support.

A week ago I planned to buy the camera for £250, but a friend told me to wait for the Black Friday sale.
Now that Black Friday is here, the camera is still priced the same, even though they claim a 40% discount.
To me this feels like false advertising, because there is no real price drop. I was about to buy it, but after seeing this, I decided not to.

I purchased a cordless tyre inflator which seems to be of decent quality - delivery was a tad slow

Having used the K2 on my last two bikes, I removed them with the view to fit on my new R1300GS, but decided to upgrade to the K7, which I am pleased that I did. As always the quality of the Innovv kit is excellent and the fastening kit is even better than the ones I had on my original K2. Great work Innovv.

Innovv products are always a top quality. Had my K2 for 5 years, stopped working, but contacted customer service and all was resolved as out of warranty had to pay a bit, but all works well. Now bought K7, but still need to install. Nethertheless, I am sure it will be an amazing product.

The item arrived in double quick time and once installed worked perfectly.

Ordered on a Sunday. Delivered on the Tuesday.

Everything camera-wise is fine but...not fully thought through as a design for motorcycles.

1. Didn't come with the gasket to seal the micro SD card cover. So not waterproof.
2. You cannot mount the front DVR unit vertically otherwise the image is sideways. There are no options to rotate the image 90 degrees; only 180 or mirrored so not good if like me it would be better to mount vertically. Innovv should provide this feature either through software settings or allow the camera lens to be rotated.
3. The brackets provided to fix the front camera are hopeless. I had to design and make my own.
4. The electrical leads from the front camera before they connect to the extensions are all too short by at least 12"(300 mm). It means you have bulky connections right where you don't want them in your handlebar zone. And also you can't shroud the wires in cable sleeve because of the large connectors.
6. The app forces you to use the camera WiFi (rather than Bluetooth) which because it is not an internet connection therefore disconnects your phone from mobile internet and you lose your (online) Google maps route.

We have placed an order and nearly three weeks later, the order on the website is still showing as 'Processing'. We have queried this and have been advised that the shipments are on their way from the factory.
