One of the best experiences I’ve had
One of the best experiences I’ve had recently of excellent customer service. The personalised approach and efficiency was second to none. I ordered a Flavel Arundel Wood Burner which is now fully installed and I’m thrilled with it.

Attention to every detail
Even though I only placed a small order, I received the same level of service as you would if you were a larger customer. Excellent packaging, follow-up emails to confirm that I'd got what I wanted and got it on time, I can't fault this supplier.

Best Price & Trustworthy!
I needed an Electrician’s Starter toolkit for my Son in a hurry. Innovate had the best price online for what I was looking for. I called and Andrew told me if I bought the kit he’d have it dispatched the same day and delivered the following morning (free of charge). True to his word the courier was with me by 09:00am and my Son had a full set of tools ready to start his apprenticeship. I will shop here again.
