Bought a kroma Z as a gift for someone along side coils for my own kroma vape - to only receive the coils. Was then faced with rude and condescending staff with major attitude. Was offered to have the kit resent but due to the issue of not receiving the first I was worried it’ll happen again so declined now 7 days after original complaint I opted to just have it resent to now be told they can’t do this bla bla bla - do not shop with innokin shop.co.uk

Customer service is beyond comical although the coils I’ve purchased and my vape (my vape was purchased for me as a gift in January) are good the staff let down the product - go to a instore retailer or a different online retailer

Firstly they sent me the wrong colour vape but I said it don't matter as I've used it. Then it's started to burn my throat I've done what they've advised but it's still burning my throat so it's literally just sat there I cannot use it I'm trying to quit smoking so now have to find another device

I continue to use Innokin for my coils purely because I don't know where else I can get the specific ones I need for my e-cig. However, I'd go elsewhere if I could. I order the Prism S replacement coils (1.5 ohms; 13-14W) which come in a pack of 5. At least 1 in every pack is a dud, as in it doesn't work so I have to throw that out, as well as the e-liquid poured into my tank to check whether it works (if I check without e-liquid in, it burns the coil and ruins it anyway). I pay £9.99 + delivery, which comes to roughly £12.50. With the dud, that means each coil costs me about £3. However, some packs come with 2 duds, so in those cases even more. I've spoken to Innokin about this, but they have yet to reply to my latest response to their last one (which was useless as they'd completely misinterpreted my message and gave me irrelevant advice). That was 3 weeks ago, so I'm still waiting...

When the coils work, they last longer than expected, and certainly longer than others I'd previously used, hence I cannot give this product zero or just 1 star. Essentially, the product - when it works - is good. It's ultimately up to you and the value you place on each coil. I'm just reporting the facts.

Purchased a new vape device from Argos in Ipswich, on first use after charge the device caused a nasty burn to the tongue. Product found to be leaking, obviously faulty and presented an unacceptable danger causing an injury. Immediately contacted company support using advertised email address voicing the safety concerns. Still feeling the effects of the burn 3 days later with no communication or response received from the companyfollowing my initial email. Really poor and disappointing.

Service is impeccable!! Cannot fault them at all, good communication and gone above and beyond what is already exceptional customer services. a big thank you!

I bought an Innokin Kroma A vape kit in January 2019 and I haven't smoked since! A great vape kit, solid and reliable and has survived many drops onto the ground (oops!). I replaced the battery a couple of months ago, but the old one is still good as a spare. I like the Innokinshop because I know I'll get genuine kit and it's always competitive on price. Deliveries arrive quickly too. Top shop.

Found an absolute steal on their site. Full kit including batteries delivered for just under £40, added a pack of coils and signed up for the newsletter to get the 20% off my first order. Making the total cost under £40.
Delivery was fast and item was well packed.

I did feel a little guilty but I will certainly be coming back again.

I usually buy my innokin products from eBay . The sellers I often buy innokin products from were out of stock . I googled vape companies and there was many choices , but in the end I narrowed it down to three . I checked out the three websites and the innokin shop was by far the cheapest and had all the items in stock . Placing the order was simple and I was even given a 20% discount on my first order . All items were received within 48 hours and were very well packaged. I also received an email from innokin shop offering me 15% discount on all future orders . I certainly will be ordering from them for all my vape accessories in the future. Great website, easy checkout, great delivery service . Give them a try , you won’t be disappointed.

I have bought a couple of items now and the most recent I want to bring to light. Having completed the transaction but unable to put a discount on (my error), I contacted customer services and they retrospectively applied it but more importantly kept me informed throughout the process and actioned it very quickly and professionally.
