Delivered next day before 9:30 as promised, excellent customer service and communication. The only slight issue was that the tester wasn't charged, luckily I checked before leaving for site.

Equipment good, pity about the packaging
Equipment was in good working order, but delivery packaging was inappropriate, cardboard box arrived ripped and tool case had missing latch.
