I have been dealing with this company for many years with various printers and the ink supplied has always been excellent. Great service and highly recommend.

I returned two item as being unsuitable and they they were then returned to me unopened, Disgraceful service and atitude

We ordered ink cartridges recently. The whole process was incredibly efficient including delivery within two days in a remote island we live in the highlands of Scotland . This company surpasses all the cartridge suppliers I have dealt with in the past.

I’ve used Inkredible for years and today they truly surpassed themselves in terms of customer service!

Last November I ordered four packs of replacement cartridges. I opened the first pack last week and, after installing one of the cartridges in my Canon printer, realised I’d ordered cartridges for my old printer!

When I contacted Inkredible, not only was my chat request picked up quickly, but the issue was resolved immediately. I returned the cartridges on Friday and by Monday had received an email confirming they had credited the full cost of the order, despite one of the boxes being opened and one of the five cartridges being out of its plastic wrapper.

It’s this level of service that means I never bother looking anywhere else when I need ink.

Very speedy delivery by Royal Mail order arrived as predicted and at a very good price.

Sadly the ink cartridges I bought caused printing issues after 8weeks but Inkredible were really good to accept return for full refund with no quibble.

An instant reply from Callum gave me the advice I needed to reset my ink cartridges and start printing again. I would advise anyone needing to replace printer ink to buy from INKredible. The product is great and the customer service second to none.

this is a great cite for some older printers and scanners. as they have a great selection of ink and toner cartridge's for all printers and scanners.

Good quality product, excellent customer service, package fits through the letterbox (always a bonus!). Very pleased.

Recommended by family member and so far so good. Not had need to print off but test pages are perfect.
