We're a software house who have integrated with Ingenico devices (via partners) for well over 15 years.

It's hard to believe that they manage to ship such badly tested software and firmware - it's almost inconceivable that products this bad could be released into the financial sector.

Nothing works as expected, error messages are misleading, terminal feedback/messaging is often confusing, software and config needs to be reinstalled constantly.

Many card payment gateways are now using alternative products, rightly so.... I would avoid this hardware at all costs.

Les machines Ingenico tombent tout le temps en panne (80% du temps, au moins) et il n'y a absolument aucune volonté du fabricant d'améliorer la qualité déplorable de ses produits. A éviter sans hésiter !

Je suis client depuis plus 10ans. À l'époque, je croyais que ce TPE était peu coûteux, mais finalement, ce n'est pas du tout le cas. Il y a beaucoup de frais : location du TPE, et en plus, ils nous obligent à envoyer les rouleaux de papier alors qu'on peut les acheter bien moins cher ailleurs. Pourtant, ils nous facturent 108 euros... Je suis totalement mécontente de leur prestation et de leur service, De plus, ils nous ont forcés à signer un contrat de 48 mois, et si on résilie, on doit payer des pénalités. C'est du vol !

Card reader down again! Problem is on igenico and the Indian on customer support that I couldn’t understand finally said he couldn’t help and hung up. He was rude. This company is a joke we will be getting rid of this.

INGENICO AXIUM DX 4000 BANC SABADELL, no se puede hacer cierres de turnos manualmente, dificultando su utilización para trabajos en que se necesita de manera exhaustiva que no se solapen los cobros de un turno con otro. Independientemente de que haya otras formas de hacer la lectura, se necesita de rápido y conciso. Cierre turno Manual y se acabó. Muy mal Muy mal, una opción que antes en los anteriores y antiguos dispositivos sí que había y en los nuevos no los hay. Fatal

Slooow answering the phone, costs you 7p per minute to be on hold (listening to nice music), a scam...? Hard to tell but certainly no winner of customer service of the year.

They sent me a broken machine I’m now up to 260minutes trying to get through to “customer service”. And they charge 7p a minute !

Really poor customer service, Raya if spelt correctly was very rude. Honestly these guys are a joke

We received a machine last week and we have had constant issues with it.
I am owed nearly £2000 because they short settle daily.
Try to get hold of anyone is an absolute nightmare.
I have been from pillar to post and I am at my wits end.
Emily at Clear business has told me to stop emailing her and Gurjhit Singh who sold us the machine is MIA now and refused to come to see me.
Stay well away from them they are an absolute nightmare.
I am going to have to get Legal advice now

Ingenico is very bad company. My terminal stopped working for no reason and called ingenico but it took 25 minutes to get through and the person who answered had a very strong accent i couldn't understand him. I knew he had no idea what was wrong so i hanged up and called back again but still couldn't get hold of someone who could fix the issue. After the third times calling they told me there is a problem with the ingenico system and the engineers are trying to fix it. Its still not fixed and i have lost so much business as this happened on my busiest business day.

Katastrophal Kundenservice
Stundenlang in Warteschleife und dann ist niemand zuständig

Waardeloos, bij vervangen pinrol valt het klepje eruit, duurt 30sec en langer voor het verwerkt is. Geen hoesje voor apparaat ivm natte horeca.
RABOBANK zegt niet voortijdig mijn contract op ondanks dat ze kunnen zien dat de trasnsactie verwerking TE lang duurt, loop daardoor betalingen mis.
Papier hoopt op in het apparaat dus veel ergenis bij drukte met openen. Vooral als alles eruit rolt. Waardeloos apparaat.
Maar RABOBANK WEIGERT vervroegde opzegging, praten over 2 apparaten en nog maar 2.5 maand te gaan.
Ook de opladers al eens laten vervangen, apparaten nu wedreom alleen te laden aan snoertje.
Gierende banden terug naar CCV, waar RABOBANK NIET meer mee samenwerkt.
Zit ook geen hoesje bij voor evt.natte vingers.

Ingenico Move 5000 not working.
Phoned Ingenico Customer Technical On Saturday and it was closed and they dont open untill Monday.
Phoned on Monday today the 25th September spoke to Arif, who had very bad English and was very difficult to comprehend. Call Duration 25 Minutes @ 7 P per minute! He was in no hurry to sort anything out and he failed because he simply did not know what was going and was not trained well for his job.
So in the end Ingenico are sending out a new machine because this one they can not fix!
Made a complaint as this now the second we phoned them. The Reference number is 2252251 for the Phone call I made and the complaint number.
Also the phone went dead at the Ingenico end.

What is happening to Ingenico?
Why are they closed at the weekend?
They incompetent.

The battery of my device, which has been 7 months since I bought it, died. They want a fee for change. They said the device battery is an accessory. How can a portable device's battery be an accessory? Do I have to pay for the battery replacement of the device whose warranty period has not expired?

Omg do not ever trust them. They make the worst card machines in the world. Their tech support are unhelpful and neglectful. The machines can't do half the things they promise they can. They lose connection constantly, then try to blame our internet providers.
Absolute charlatans the lot of them. Avoid at all costs

SCAM, received a fake refund for speeding ticket and information to get in contact. Everything to do with Ingenico should be arrested and confiscated before prison.
