My go to place!
I’ve been using IndeJuice for about a year and the selection is wide for juices, good quality liquids, great deals and fast delivery. Never had a problem at all! And now I’ve recommended to my family as they’re now starting to vape too! All in all my favourite place for vape juice.

Great vape company with huge product choice and brilliant customer service
Found Indejuice as I was trying to get hold of a disposable vape that a shop I used no longer sold. I have since bought from them regularly and they have never failed to deliver. The products and service are second to none and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I had my first order that was delayed…
I had my first order that was delayed by courier (Royal Mail) which indejuice apologised for so I thought OK and made my second purchase hoping they would ensure a speedy delivery but alas NO! They then blamed RM again stating that they were in a contract to use them. I can forgive a mistake once but only a fool would use these repeatedly

We have located your order details and can see that you made four orders in December 2022.
Your first order was made on the 1st of December 2022. Unfortunately, this was a Royal Mail strike day. Your shipment was dispatched on Friday 2nd, and delivered on the 3rd of December.
Your second order was made after our 6pm same-day dispatch time on the 8th of December 2022. Unfortunately, there was then a Royal Mail Strike on the 9th, 11th, 14th and 15th of December. Your parcel was delivered on the 16th of December. On this occasion, we provided you with a 10% off voucher for the inconvenience caused by Royal Mail which we are delighted to see has been used.
Your third order on the night of the 16th of December showed a 4-day delay. This was due to the huge backlogs experienced by Royal Mail in the 4 prior strike days listed above.
For your 4th order made on Friday, 30th December, there were no delays other than the scheduled National bank holidays over the New year (1st and 2nd January 2023). You received your order on time on the 3rd of January 2023.
Of the four orders you have made, 2/4 orders were promptly delivered, whereas the other two were delayed due to unprecedented logistical issues with Royal Mail. Unfortunately, while we did approach other couriers in good time in expectation of the strikes, all of them were already at capacity. They declined to take on new businesses during this time due to the overwhelming volume created by Royal Mail customers seeking alternative solutions.
We deeply apologise for the delays in two of your orders. We understand that this is a frustrating experience, and we are sorry that it happened. We take these matters seriously and always try our best to ensure the speedy delivery of all orders.
Now that the strikes have ended and the backlog has been cleared, we would love for you to give our service another go. We have activated a voucher in your Voucher Vault that can be used at any time if you decide to do so.
Again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.

Good service and quick
I have been using i de juice for my vapes in the last couple of months. When I have ordered my vapes they heave come the next day, they have also replied to any emails, the only time they haven’t is when the post office is on strike and I have been informed straight away of any change. I will keep on using Indejuice as I have no complaints at all.

I think the reviews speak for themselves and deservedly so. I've had a few issues with orders and it's not been their fault but their customer service is second to none. Fast delivery times and they're very cheap too.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else
I’ve been ordering bulk loads of disposables since the start of the year & I love Indejuice for pricing, delivery time & communication. Most recently I received a hand written card with some free samples thanking me for my custom. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Indejuice, Can’t say enough about this company
Can’t say enough about this company, their comms are first rate, their postage terms and speed are second to none, quality of product again you won’t come close.
Glad to say I’m a repeat customer and will continue to use Indejuice without doubt.
Finding the vape juice that you keep coming back for and trying to find a supplier that can deliver the juice you love it’s a relief when you find both.

VIMBULL ICE CRYSTAL BAR SEARCH
Searched the Web (Google) for Vimbull Ice flavour Crystal Bars to no avail but found them on this site. Thank Goodness!! Even my local shops can't source them!?!? Maybe it's the price these days. Anyway I wanted to say "THANK YOU" to Indejuice for the free vape. FIZZY JUICE "Fruit Fusion" I haven't tried it yet! I also haven't tried the "STRAWBERRY SUNDAE" one yet either, so can I just say thank you for the great deal ❤️🥰 I'll maybe try the Strawberry one tomorrow, as it's Saturday 22nd October 2022 today and tomorrow is Sunday lol 😆 Actually spoiled for choice as I ordered the deal on the elf bars too. The blackcurrant one is to die for, definitely order this one again 😍My only complaint is the fact that my usual vapestore does 5 for £20 but I didn't mind on this occasion as I got the flavour I wanted that happened to be "OUT OF STOCK" everywhere else!! 🫣 Delivery was overnight even though I ordered through the standard free delivery so thanks to Royal Mail too x Have a wonderful evening x 🥰 BETH x ❤️

Brilliant for disposable vapes and vape products
Excellent site for disposable vapes and other vape products. Cheaper by far than any of my local shops and they offer next day delivery for any order over £20 which is brilliant. They also have decent money off incentives for customers which is always a bonus. Can't see past them for my elf bars and happily recommending them to everyone I know that vapes.

I'll never shop anywhere else!
I've ordered from IndeJuice twice now, and both experiences were wonderful. I can't find my juice anywhere in local stores. So when I found the site and saw they were selling the only one I liked for the price it's at, on top of super fast delivery, I wouldn't go anywhere else! I ordered my most recent purchase on Tuesday evening and it arrived nicely packaged on Thursday morning! Thank you IndeJuice!
