Impressed with the customer service
I am very impressed with the customer service from Indeedbuy.com, which always has responded very fast to my complaints.I've had bad luck with my shipping,it lost in the way and they solved with sending another package. They have been very polite and very correct on the deal.
It is true that the shipments are slow, and sometimes fail, but they take responsibility.I will continue buying.

Good customer service
We are very impressed with indeedbuy.com reliability with postage & follow up of any problems that arise. We have purchased many items over the last twelve months & all the products have been exactly as described. One item took a bit longer, but they answered my email & investigated it for us. It arrived in perfect condition, having been delayed at the Post Office.Indeedbuy is an excellent company to deal with & we definitely recommend them.

still recommend it
Large selection of products at very low price. Delivery is not very fast, but this maybe due to the peculiarities of our mail and Customs,so I still recommend this website.
