He sido miembro y socio durante 3 años y veo que me han mentido porque han cambiado normas de la noche a la mañana. Primero me dicen que tengo de plazo hasta julio para gastar los PR y de golpe me dicen que a partir de marzo no puedo y todo esto fue por una duda que pregunté en febrero. Tengo 16 meses usando el servicio y en dos oportunidades he viajado sin problemas con la naviera MSC.

Ook konden we het hele bedrag wat we gespaard hadden plus de bonus gebruiken om onze cruise te betalen! Mooi niet dus je kan slechts de helft opnemen van je ccount rekning de rest moet je zelf nog bijleggen. ik ben gestopt met betalen omdat het bedrag te groot
werd stond 6600 op dus als je wilt opgebruiken lukt het dus nooit! 2 weken later kom ik niet eens meer op mijn account! Het is volledig afgesloten en ben mijn spaarcenten kwijt. Ik stuur mail na mail maar geen enkel antwoord dus meer dan 3000 euro kwijt! Dus mensen begin er niet aan is een grote bedriegersbende! Heel veel valse beloften maken, maar op het einde zijn ze gewoon met je centen weg.

I contacted my bank and initiated a dispute process

Despite these formal steps, the company has still not provided any meaningful response or refund.

At the same time, I continue to receive payment reminders pressuring me to make additional monthly payments, even though I am unable to use my existing funds.

This confirms my concern that the system is designed in a way that makes it extremely difficult to access your own money while encouraging continued payments.

I strongly recommend others to be cautious before joining.

I joined InCruises in 2022, believing it was a flexible travel savings program.

For over 2 years, I consistently paid $100 every month and contributed $2,800 of my own money, which turned into about $5,300 in Reward Points.

But here is the reality:

- You cannot actually use your money.

Every time I tried to book a cruise, the rules were different:

First: Use 50% points + 50% cash.
Then, You can use 100% after reaching a certain balance.
After reaching it, still required to pay 50%
Then: You can only use 100% if you book 270 days in advance. Recently, when I tried again, the only available options were cruises starting several months later (around August and September), which made it even more impractical for my schedule.

So I kept paying… waiting… trusting…

But the system kept changing.

I even tried organizing group trips, but:

Cruises were limited to 2-person bookings
Plans became impossible
I would have to pay extra myself

This is not a travel savings system.
This is money being locked in with restrictions.

You are also required to:

Keep paying monthly
Stay active even after booking
Follow constantly changing rules

I provided evidence, screenshots, and detailed explanations.

My refund request for my own $2,800 was denied.

Doch das Geld ist nicht da, keine Zahlung. Die Firma weist jede Verantwortung von sich und meint, ich müsse warten. Acht Monate sind vergangen, und ich habe weder Geld noch Bonuspunkte erhalten.

Leggo un sacco di commenti di gente a cui è stato spiegato male il funzionamento, o che non ha capito, o che è in completa malafede, magari a tutela di agenzie di viaggi. Faccio parte di un nutrito team di viaggiatori che viaggiano, continuano a viaggiare e viaggeranno con il Club. It is the typical pyramid scheme. Please educate yourself beforehand with any company that seems like this one. Your hard earned money will not get lost if you do the proper research.

Sono socia di incruises da più di 1 anno. Inizialmente ero incredula ma mi sono ricreduta velocemente. Oltre al fatto di avere davvero la possibilità di risparmiare da un 20/30% nelle crociere o hotel l'azienda paga, e anche subito, le commissioni. Piano compensi unico nel loro settore. Sono già al 3 viaggio e ne farò sicuramente tanti altri. Chi dice schema ponzi non ci capisce assolutamente niente, una delle migliori aziende di network.

Przestrzegam wszystkich przed zapisaniem się do incruises. Ciągle zmieniające się umowy na gorsze oczywiście dla klienta. Zapisałam się rok temu i żałuję że to zrobiłam. W przeciągu roku 3 razy zmieniły się zasady (zamawianie wycieczek, wydawanie punktów itd). Wycieczki które oferują np na statku MSC kosztuje 2 razy więcej niż na stronie gdybym zamawiała bezpośrednio w MSC. Nie dajcie się nabrać na te oszustwa.

Es una estafa, un fraude.

Me dijeron que si pago durante 24 meses, al final podré utilizar todo el dinero de los puntos. Pero en el último momento me dicen que ya no, que ahora si reservo un crucero, tengo que pagar con mi propio dinero la mitad del crucero. Una experiencia horrible la verdad.

He visto en la página web oficial de los cruceros que son mucho más baratos que en Incruises, y los hoteles también.

He perdido más de 2400€ con ellos. Debería de estar prohibido este tipo de compañías.

Dezamagitot când regulile sunt schimbate pe neașteptate, fără nicio informare prealabilă sau o perioadă de tranziție. În cazul Incruises, modificările au fost introduse brusc, fără să ofere măcar un termen de 24 de ore pentru adaptare. Mulți membri se bazau pe regulile anterioare și și-au făcut planuri în funcție de acestea, iar schimbarea instantanee creează confuzie și nemulțumire.
Un minim de transparență și respect față de utilizatori ar fi însemnat un anunț clar din timp și o perioadă de ajustare. În forma actuală, modul în care au fost implementate noile reguli lasă impresia de lipsă de profesionalism și de considerare față de comunitate.

Gracias al club he viajado con mi familia, amigos y lo disfruto mucho, la membresía es muy cómoda y hemos ahorrado mucho dinero.
