Hey everyone, I need some advice on how to escalate a ticket. My account was created back in 2010. In 2024, I joined the Earn Money program and successfully completed the full creator verification process, submitting my Government ID and tax papers.

My account was recently placed on hold, and customer support is acting like a robot. They are demanding that I provide the exact signup email, the original credit card last 4 digits, and billing details from 15 years ago (2010).

I don't have this data anymore, but I have something much stronger: I am an international creator, and IMVU just issued me an official IRS Form 1042-S for my earnings. My legal name and ID number match the 1042-S exactly. I even sent a screenshot linking my avatar name and verified email to my payout texts, along with a live ID selfie.

I have over $600 sitting in my account. Support and the Creator Advocate have gone completely silent for days. It feels like my legal earnings and tax records are being held hostage over obsolete data from over a decade ago.

Has anyone successfully bypassed the Tier 1 robot agents using their Earn Money/1042-S verification? Is there a specific staff member or moderator here who can help me escalate this to a supervisor? Thanks!

The IMVU customer service is absolutely unacceptable. For weeks I have been trying to recover my account, providing every proof they requested, yet their support keeps sending repetitive, automated replies and doing nothing to solve the issue.

This is beyond frustrating and shows a complete lack of professionalism. If IMVU does not resolve this immediately, I will escalate the matter legally and through consumer protection authorities.

Repère à malades mentaux (et encore, s'ils étaient drôles, ou au moins avec de la conversation à défaut d'être sympathiques, bref pertinents quoi, ça irait...) Nan, moi j'ai tout connu la dessus, je me suis retrouvée avec des pauvres folles du genre nevrosées, mythomanes, nymphomanes, des crasseuses qui prennent meme pas de douche et qui te reprochent d'avoir d'attirer les mouches en juillet, qui m'ont menacées de mort, m'ont harcelée pendant plus de deux ans, ont inventées tout un tas de conneries sur moi, ont fait tourner mes infos réelles et j'ai été victime d'un pédophile aussi qui mentait sur son âge, ses photos, sa vie, bref la totale quoi... I have been locked out of my verified VIP IMVU account (@Rvrz) for more than 3 days.
Despite submitting a support ticket (#596313), sending multiple reminders, and posting on Twitter, I’ve received no response.

As a paying customer, this is completely unacceptable. I cannot access my account or even the VIP Live Chat that I paid for.

The worst part? No explanation, no communication, and no help.
This is the worst customer support I’ve encountered from any platform.

Minha conta IMVU foi desativada injustamente por “suspeita de bot” no dia **8 de julho de 2025**. Entrei em contato com o suporte imediatamente, e abriram o **ticket #586632**.

A IMVU prometeu resposta em **3 a 5 dias úteis**, mas **hoje já é dia 15 de julho (5º dia útil)** e **NADA foi resolvido**.

Já enviei cobranças educadas, firmes, e fui completamente ignorada. Estou **há mais de uma semana sem acesso à minha conta**, sem explicação, sem retorno, e com total **descaso do suporte**.

Isso é inaceitável. O mínimo que espero de uma plataforma como a IMVU é respeito com seus usuários reais.

Aguardo uma resposta **URGENTE**.

THE WHOLE COMPANY IS A SCAM! My VIP failed to go through so they put my account on hold and made me send the payment through paypal to have it reactivated. I did everything they said and they took the hold off my account but NEVER gave me the service I paid for! Obviously I disputed this transaction with paypal but surprise surprise they won, thieves. OF COURSE they put my account on hold again! I have had tickets open for months now trying to get it lifted, but they only reply once every two weeks and ask for the same information already sent to them. They're such a scam of a company, I've been using this game since 2019 and regret every single penny i've ever spent on it. And I will be contacting my bank & local regulations office to report them for this and i WILL be getting back all the hundreds of pounds I have spent.

The amount of scams on IMVU is gob smacking, Non of the reports for these scams do anything aside from making them come back in doubles, Get rid of your scamming avis with links and maybe people would actually enjoy IMVU, as the whole thing is starting to become back to back, My friend's room had up too 15 links back to back in a room even with trying to boot or remove them, These scams are starting to ruin IMVU rooms and people who found a community in IMVU, most people on vu are quitting due to these scams, if IMVU was good, they'd adress the links and keep them far away for those who play IMVU as possible. Fix your stuff imvu before people start to hate on it, as i see it growing for myself.
