Excellent service provided by the staff and management. They made my car brand new. Highly recommend

The app is consistently unreliable- this is not a connectivity/5g issue - it is purely the app. Three times I have had to pay for my car wash without using the app and the relevant discount/loyalty points that come with the app. Last weekend I was able to use the app on site, paid for a car wash and payment was successfully taken from my bank account. The wash failed to display in my app however so I had to pay again for the car wash using my bank card. This has resulted in me paying twice for the car wash. I have logged a complaint as advised by the operative on site who said this happens a lot. I can't even say the wash is that good for the price, In future I will pay the £2 extra and have my car washed by hand when I do my food shop!

My car is clean. It was an only an eco wash and it’s pretty good value. I’d use again despite the three star rating. Payment system with the QR code is really convenient too.

However, service was abysmal. I’ve not used a car wash like this since I was a child myself so I had no idea (perhaps stupidly) that you’re on a sort of conveyer belt through the stages.

As I approached, the man shouted at me to drive to the right. I was momentarily confused as the right was away from the car wash. In my very swift moment of confusion, he snapped, ‘Your right! And if you don’t know where your right is, it’s towards me.’ This wasn’t delivered with humour or in a style of a joke. It was raised voice annoyance. Then he angrily pointed at a sign to follow for when I was in the wash.

I strongly suspect if I were a male, that’s not the experience I would have received.

The staff are very helpful making sure the car is in the correct alignment.

I paid for an ultimate clean but got a diamond wash

The chap there was professional friendly and patient when I was struggling with the QR thing. He deserves a pat on the back. Well done!!

Friendly and efficient. A good value service that quickly cleans your car to a good standard.

Chose the Elite service. Quick and easy to pay. Friendly staff. Didn’t get full 5 stars as still had some dried in dirt on my bonnet afterwards.

Like that there's rarely long queue & vehicles go through very quickly. Unfortunately, paid for a tripple wax at my last visit & definitely no wax was applied. This being the tricoloured foam right at the entrance. I didn't complain because I was in a hurry, but it would be nice to receive compensation/credit.

Poor, ill mannered and consistently unhelpful staff and sight owner. The machine is good and value for money however will stop to go as staff went to lengths to say why do you come here.

I’m sure if you get the £40 super duper extra car wash your car is sparkling,, but if you just need a quick £7 exterior car wash to clean off some bird poop …. expect it to still be there when you drive out of the machine making car wash pointless !

Easy to pay by using QR code. Decent wash except some of the rinse sprays were not working. Polite and efficient staff.

Pre-booked and paid for car wash. No queue on a Sunday afternoon. Quick and easy and a clean car. Staff always helpful.

Recently got my service from IMO car wash, the service was great, detailed and very nice completed the work, staff was friendly.... Would definitely come back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This has put me off using again sadly

On a previous review I wrongly stated that on the wash chosen (triple foam)wheel cleaning is not included,this is only included on higher priced washes £11 and above,on this occasion for my partners car we chose a much higher priced wash expecting spotless wheels (wash chosen was ultra HD priced at £15 I believe) in the wash description it states “attendant applies intensive cleaner to wheels also bodywork and windscreen”although the bodywork or windscreen didn’t really need it the wheels did,none of this was done.
Wheel wash,”Intensive cleaner applied to wheels in pre-wash area”again only attention to wheels was a quick blast with plain water via the pressure washer.
Alloy Spa “attendant applies enhanced foaming cleaner to wheels in prewash area” this also didn’t happen either.
End result of our visit was a clean car with slightly dirty wheels we had to clean once we arrived home!
I’m quite expecting my review to be mentioned by the franchise owner if I decided to give it another try in the hope things have improved.
I believe in getting what you pay for,on this occasion we don’t feel we did.
