Disappointing service
Disappointing service. Watched the sequence of cars before me, however when they got to me I saw rushed half hearted service. Sure enough got home and found streaks, dust and leaves in crevices. All I wanted was a good clean outside! When i spoke to the chap who took payment...told him seems a very rushed job! His reply was they are busy! Won't be returning.

Disappointing
I don’t think I got the wash I paid for. I paid £11 for Total Wax, but the machinery kept stopping, effectively trapping each car between the brushes, and having to be restarted. The sign displayed Eco Plus as I went through and I don’t remember seeing any soap at all. I was not informed of the problem beforehand.

Very busy at lunch time and had to queue a while but good car wash and great customer service from the helpful gentleman that explained the process to me as I was nervous using the car wash.

Superficial washing
The car wasn't generally dirty, but it did have bird droppings on the rear side. You could have kept using the pressure washer, but it didn't seem to be noticed because they do everything so quickly, yet I paid £15 for the service. I'm very disappointed, never again. 🤨

Great service from a wonderful team. I have been getting my car washed at this car was for years with no issues or concern. The last wash was fantastic, especially as it's been a while since it's last clean. Recommended and trusted car wash!

I pre payid for car wash on app and when I went car wash was closed to maintain break but after 2hours still was closed till 6pm. I am so disappointed because I spend money and time and no service done.
