Got rid of everything

Great job guys thank you! I took my very filthy car here for valet on Saturday and within just an hour and 20 minutes it was sparkling like new. All mud, dust, paw prints and mould gone!

Fantastic wash every time. Only this time some of the brushes weren't working so this was wasn't as great.

Car was still covered in mud after- missed random patches and didn’t even touch the wheels after paying for a premium wax too

The team that manually was the back of the car didn’t do a great job. Large areas missed which were only visible after I had left and parked up. Rest of the car was fine but it defeats the object of paying for a car was if the overall finished product is sub par.

arrived at IMO car wash in Hereford where I had to get out of my vehicle because I wasn’t acknowledged at all. The man I approached nodded for someone else to come over who I explained I wanted a mini valet done (priced at £25 on the board) he walked straight past me and didn’t speak at all and when he opened my car doors priced the mini valet at £35! I explained to him my car had already been hoovered out and wiped down so there was barely anything to clean, infact spotless, I was just wanted a bit more of a nicer finish in regards to polishing and the plastics. He took another look and said ‘yeah £35’ it seems this car wash want already cleaned cars with zero dirt and think they can charge whatever they well feel like!! I went to a better car wash around the corner where their staff were much nicer and much friendlier and charged me a good price compared to these con artists 😊

I’ve been using this car wash for a while now and I’ve always been impressed with the service. The staff are friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. My car always comes out looking spotless, both inside and out, with great attention to detail that you don’t always get elsewhere.
What really stands out is how quick and convenient the whole process is, without compromising on quality. The prices are fair for the level of service provided, and it’s always a smooth, hassle-free experience.
I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough car wash. Great service every time!

Thorough and professional

Well I got the Triple Foam wash... but not much of a foam has been used... still had some dirt on my windows after. A shame really... prices went up and the service went down..

Told me I would receive a free ‘triple foam wash’ when using ‘quick pay’ and I never received anything:(

After previously adding a one star review it is now only fitting to return and provide a four stars review having had an improved experience.
My biggest issue has always been how very little attention is given to the wheels by the attendants using the pressure washer. I’ve waited at the wash many times over looking at other cars being washed so I know I’m not the only one having had their car come out at the other end with wheels not much cleaner than at the start. This time however the wash was acceptable …not perfect but acceptable.

Quick and efficient, good customer service

The guys at the wash are very friendly and helpful.
They always double check that auto brakes etc are switched off, and make sure that the pre-wash is done on the dirtiest parts of the car.
