IMO Car Wash - Braintree Omdömen 41

I got a Triple Foam wash and it didn't clean my car properly as there was still pieces of dirt stuck on my car when I left and the machine nearly broke my rear wiper blade off.

Went through the car wash having picked the best wash option there was, came out and there was still loads of dirt on my car. I don’t think it would’ve made any difference getting the cheapest wash.

I ended up cleaning my car in front of the workers straight after coming out. Finding scratches on my windscreen and paint work.

Car was still dirty. Wouldn't return again

I am not satisfied with the quality of my car wash. and foam that was applied to the car almost non-existent very little more water than foam

Worst car wash I’ve ever used! After paying £7 it was still so dirty I ended up cleaning it myself when I got home. If zero stars were an option I’d have used it!

Braintree IMO Car wash is so bad, avoid! They took paint off of my car, I showed them where this happened straight after I got out as I noticed when screwing my Ariel back on. They lied and tried telling me it was there when they started, very young boy of a manager was very condescending telling me not to make a scene when I was talking very calm, I think he wanted a reaction. I have contacted IMO twice now and they haven’t even acknowledge the issue, they don’t care clearly! Their customer service is so poor and the car wash is as well, the dirt that was left on my car was appalling, I really regret going there and I am definitely not going back, do yourself a favour and avoid the IMO car Wash at Braintree Galleys Corner it’s not worth taking the risk!!! All round pretty good but alloy wheels still very dirty.

The young man came round to take my payment and pre treat my tyres, the next chap scrubbed all the windows, smiled and made sure I was on the right track and the service was great!

Apparently bird poo doesn’t come off at this car wash, even though I take my car to the Chelmsford one every week! Man was very aggressive and was not willing to help. He started taking photos of my car without my permission. When I question what he was doing, he became very defensive. I didn’t like he was taking photos of the side of my car with my 2 and 4 year old in the back. Will not be returning to Braintree. Absolutely appalling service- what car wash doesn’t clean your car!!

The staff were brilliant but the car wash stopped three times and we were stuck trapped in our car by a pair of rollers or the water jets.

I could understand if it was caused by another motorist in the car ahead braking or something but I didn't see any brake lights.

For a £20 car wash although the ceramic XTR coating does give the car a nice feel to the paint and presumably improved resistance to dirt and water, I'd expect the pressure wash stage to be a little more thorough to remove all debris and visible dirt before going through the wash. When I got home I had to go over the body work wiping over the rear bumper and other areas where the prewash had failed to remove residue and the machine brushes were unable to reach.

A quick visit to the car wash and a resulting clean vehicle externally.

Braintree branch always polite and professional staff. Well maintained.

Had a problem with finding the ap and the young guys helped me.
Does a lovely wash and dry too. Wish there were people to do the insides too!
But no problems, and will be using IMO again.
