This is the agency for you (if you want to be scammed)
Copying my review, originally published on Google maps, as they seem to have deleted their original account (I imagine due to the overwhelmingly negative reviews about their lack of honesty and professionalism). I unfortunately cannot attach screenshots here, so will be editing for clarity and to include a transcript of the last e-mail I received from them.
Don't sign up for their website, or apply for a house through Immovita, because you are most definitely wasting time and money. Still waiting for the refund of my deposit, for which I've had to follow up with them more than 5 times at this point, there is always an excuse (for example: "they cannot open the proof of my payment" which I have sent 3 separate copies of, in different formats, they also can see the transaction on their own bank account). In the time it has taken them to (not) refund my deposit, I've already found an apartment through another agency and moved in. Avoid :)
Update: After being ignored several times by Immovita since early April, right after I posted this (Google) review I received an e-mail asking me to remove it (in the same thread I had been asking for weeks when I will receive my deposit back). I replied asking when I will receive my deposit back (again), and immediately received another e-mail asking me to remove the review. I refused, on the grounds that they owe me (and many others, according to the reviews that were on Google) the deposit and are refusing to refund it. I then received an e-mail accusing me of extortion as I refused to take down my honest review (which I wrote as they refused to refund my fully refundable deposit, according to their own policy, over the course of 1+ month) and have since been ghosted.
The e-mail I sent in response to being asked again to remove my review was:
No, since you have not refunded my deposit. When will I receive my deposit back?
The e-mail from Christiaan reads:
Hi
Oke
Dus dit is afpersing?

I assume they get away with this because many people will think €75 is not worth the time and effort to try to get back, while being ignored for weeks/months on end, and people may not always look at reviews before signing up in the rush to find a place. Long story short, this reads a lot like a scam to me, yes it's a tough market and yes it's competitive - but hey, I found an apartment with another agency right after I was ghosted by Immovita and that whole process took less than a week. No sign up fees, no deposits, we had constant and clear communication. There is hope, keep looking, just not here!
