Accidentally missed the cancellation deadline for my FL Cloud trial and it auto-renewed. Contacted support and they cancelled my subscription and issued a full refund without any hassle. Fast, friendly, and genuinely understanding. That kind of customer service is rare. big respect to the FL Studio team!

And also: liked the Software too, just didn't find my time for using the cloud benefits

l'enregistrement audio n'es pas du tout facile Quand je fais la prise de voix il n'es pas facile comme cubase

je demande à image line de travailler pour nous rendre cette étape facile

Ich habe die Producer Edition letzten Dezember gekauft und übersehen, dass ich ein FL Cloud Testabo mit abgeschlossen habe. Vor einigen Tagen wurden dann 90€ für das Abo abgebucht. Daraufhin habe ich den Support angeschrieben und Innerhalb von einem Tag wurde sich entschuldigt und eine Rückerstattung ausgestellt. 100%-iger Support und mit dem Programm bin ich auch sehr zufrieden, auch wenn ich es nicht mehr aktiv nutze.

J'utilise leurs produits ainsi que des plugins depuis plus de 20 ans, ce fut mon premier DAW (si on ne compte pas Ejay et Music Magix et divers), et à mon sens, le meilleurs en terme de rapport qualité/prix. FL Studio est mis à jour régulièrement offrant de nouvelles fonctionnalités pour le même prix achetés à l'époque, je ne regrette pas du tout cet investissement.
J'espère un jour que FL Studio sera disponible sur Linux, afin que je puisse migrer mon équipement dans un autre environnement !

There are a lot of DAWs out there and I won't crap on them because each person needs to find what works best for them. For me, I found FL Studio to be the best choice. It works great, has an active user base, and good support. I bought the all plugins edition many years ago and benefit from all the FREE updates ever since. The updates usually include new tools, instruments, and effects - without additional cost. There is no rigid workflows, so this does sometimes confuse new users, but FL Studio's flexibility is what makes it so great.

Started off very interesting, but has become less so over the years.

Don't allow returns at all and are unclear on what you get with each upgrade. When upgrading is unclear how to get trial.

I paid my license 2 years ago, suddenly they deleted my account and they keep deleting all my support tickets refusing to retrieve my license. Never seen such a thing. Don't every buy something from them.

They will suspended your account for changing a email and say you used you license on other device even when you explain that it's the same PC and that windows changes the device name when you reinstall it they don't care they will just tell your to rebuy the program even after promising to give your account/license back and then probably suspended you again and say that you are evading a suspension just to steal your money because you don't own it

They sign you up to a cloud service without your knowledge then bill your card without permission a year in advance . They stole £75 out of my account for a service I have not asked for, require , used or have given permission to proceed with knowingly.

I will never pay them a penny ever again

Lost my respect as a customer and as a user of the software.

In the end, FL Studio Software is as a service.
You don't really own anything
If they decide to disable your license for some obscure reason, they'll do it and there is nothing you can do about it.
And good luck trying to recover the license you PAID with your hard earned $$
Their customer service is simply horrendous, and after one point they simple stop answering you-

Do not buy anything from them.

Typical anti piracy starving company, they as for subscription for everything, they don't deserve a half buck.

[fl studio] image line est très super pour faire la musique mais ce qui me pousse à donné 2 étoile est que l'interface de ce logiciel est très compliqué il n'a jamais été facile pour les débutants sur tout au niveau de l'enregistrement audio c'est très difficile pas de raccourci donc il faut que les développeurs essaye de faire quelque chose

if you could give 0 stars you would have.
they put small external subscriptions into the package you buy, and then they just deduct from your account, and when you write in and say you don't want all that stuff, they only refund half the amount

and then they have made a rule that means you can't cancel the basic package itself, and I have completely lost my desire for music after this. so f.... this company, stay away and buy logic pro instead, much better than fl 😂👍

229€ Für eine Lizenz bezahlt und 80€ für eine Cloud und beides wurde ohne Grund gesperrt seit Monaten , Kontaktaufnahmen sind quasi nicht möglich, Tickets werden nicht beantwortet erst nachdem man einen Paypal Fall eröffnet wird Kontakt aufgenommen und mit Falschaussagen versucht Paypal zu beeinflussen.

Image-line don't adhere to contracts with legitimate customers, which means they are indicted.

Basically, they only care if you make them "look good". Which says a lot.

i bought a licence and my beats still suck ass

Genuinely the worst customer support I've EVER had to deal with, they will lie, delay you on purpose, flag your account for no reason and delay you even further, I've had THREE support tickets open for almost a month regarding my license suddenly disappearing and they haven't replied or acknowledged a single one, ridiculous company, complete waste of money.

Paid for the software but not being allowed to use it because my email is unverified BUT no one is sending me this email.

I used more than one email address and found the same problem across the board. So the issue is with this company and this is the second time they are ripping me off by taking payment and refusing the product.

Do I need to pay your office a personal visit to get assistance or will you wake up one day and fix this bollocks??
