Justyna was fantastic, again. We remortgaged five years after our starting our original mortgage with her. She took the time to go through all of our options, check other lenders, discuss overpayment options and review our life insurance policies. She didn't rush us and we felt in good hands once again.

I completed on my first flat in October last year, and I couldn't have done it without Karen! We worked together for about a year or two before the big day, and her guidance was invaluable. She explained everything so clearly, which made a world of difference because sometimes it's hard to fully understand all the details. The IMAB have been so helpful to me and my husband. 18 months ago we visited the St Albans branch and spoke with a member of the team. He helped us to go through our finances and assess what we needed to do in order to move. We worked on our finances and when we were ready to move he helped us through the whole process.
