I encountered a fraud alert and contacted Identity Guard customer support in order to resolve the issue. The resolution was prompt and the service agent was very kind and extremely helpful. The issue should be fixed now thanks to the support I received.

My install of the VPN and anti-virus triggered error messages about C++ and other missing files. I can't explain it fully because it involves missing files with the Windows install. But Patrik was very patient and knowledgeable and got me to delete the right files and eventually got the Identity Guard install to work fine. He explained clearly what was missing and what needed to be done and why and led me through it smoothly. I learned something about computers and got the program installed properly. Excellent work on his part!

I have just experienced an attack on my credit. There were three separate attempts within three days to establish new credit cards using my identity. The service helped me the steps necessary to halt these attempts. I ended up enacting a complete freeze with the credit agencies. I also did a bank freeze. I subsequently found out someone had already opened a credit union account in my name.

I am so thankful for Identity Guard's services and professionals. I became the target of identity theft recently. Due to the timely alerts from the company, I was able to reach out to them quickly for assistance. As soon as the representative who took my call realized there was a serious issue they escalated my case to my dedicated professional who guided me calmly each step of the way. She managed to convey the seriousness of the issue while still keeping my confidence up that as a team, we would be resolving my identity theft issue and would be there for me in the future should this happen again. I had a stellar experience with Identity Guard from beginning to end. I'm so grateful I made the decision to spend the money and protect myself in this way and am extremely grateful to Identity Guard and especially my dedicated case professional Judith. First, it only took a few minutes to get someone on the line who could help me. She put me in touch with Cody who did an outstanding job in taking care of my problem.

I called in because I received a credit inquiry alert...which I did not make. Jeff was efficient in handling the inquiry with the bank and also gave me a wealth of information on how to protect my credit file going forward...in addition to him monitoring my account for 90 days. I'm so thankful that I have this service and that your staff is so EFFICIENT in what they do to assist the customers. THANKS AGAIN!!!!

I was attracted to Aura Identity Protection because it advertised 24/7 customer service. I live with my sister and called the 833-552-2123 support number 8:00AM this morning to ask if the $22 month couple rate would cover myself and my sister. The person answering sounded like they were half asleep and had a heavy accent. She told me she would have to check and get back to me. I hung up. Seems to me Aura's 24/7 customer service is just another after business hours call center.

Bibi was very informative and a great help in trying to rectify identity fraud for me! I had fraud with 4 accounts!She was able to assist me with great knowledge and expertise!

Identity Guard with your Customer service Representative Dae eased my concerns over Alerts that I received from Identity Guard. Dae was very courteous and demonstrated a lot of patience with me through this ordeal. I truly appreciate her and all the effort she took to ensure my identity safety.

Bibi for Customer Care assisted myself in following up with two banking identity theft reports. She was very thorough with the case at each bank, and we received satisfactory solutions with both fraud issues.

She was very helpful and nice to customer.

I called in because I couldn't view alerts. Crystal walked me through the steps necessary. She provided tips for ease of use. She also explained other security features available to me via my membership.

In all my life, I have never received such thorough and kind assistance as I did from Aura. She exceeded my expectations in every way. She anticipated my needs when I was even sure how to phrase my questions and gave me additional information I didn't realize I needed (but realized was crucial after hearing it). She did a great job selling me on upgrades without being pushy or demanding. Incredible to talk to someone so incredibly competent and knowledgable. If I was to ever start a company, I'd want her to be my first employee (and CEO).

Why the same heck does Identity Guard ask for your membership # to make a review and then make it impossible to find on your account?@#$!$!

It took me another 20 minutes of googling and calling to learn I don't have an membership #. Completely disheartening and disappointing to have such a crappy experience and after Aura left such a good impression in the first place (that I'm not even sure she'll hear about because I don't have a freaking membership # as requested by your evaluation form). Really upsetting. Also why don't you list the nationwide consumer reporting agencies on your website. It's not some national secret to now equifax, experian, and transunion phone numbers
